Staff was very pleasant needed a few things for our room and Jessica was great nice smile and got the stuff requested in a timly mater would stay again. Breakfast was a plus. Great location for visiting family at a good price. many food options near by. Ifyou love movies there's a mice theater across the street

Be careful! They don’t answer the phone at all. Tried multiple times over days. We were booked for incorrect dates and could not get in contact with anyone from the hotel. Customer service center from Wyndham couldn’t get a hold of them and gave up helping us.

I asked staff during check in if I can have late check out at 1pm instead of 11am, he said that was okay and that he was going to mark it on the white board; the following morning, I had the do not disturb sign on and one staff member came before noon and we informed her that we have late check out, but then another member stopped by and said she cannot give us late checkout, that she will only give us until 12pm. She was incredibly rude and inconsiderate and made us leave in a hurry when we had already planned to leave at 1pm. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied.
