Embassy Suites by Hilton Temecula Valley Wine Country

Not a nice place. The room was ~ clean, everything else looked like it had been beat to hell and back. Dirty carpet, stinky elevator, same dirty plates in the hall for days, homeless people trying to hitchhike in at night and a safe that couldn't have a new battery installed after four days of complaints. Other than that, it was perfect.

My wife and 2 sons went with me here. The wineries are about 30 minutes away. Hells kitchen about an hour. The pool area was nice and had games. Staff was nice, they saw I was disabled and were helping me at the breakfast area. The rooms were 9k, my son's both said they prefer homewood suites. I would stay here again with just my wife. There is not too much for kids. Breakfast was OK for free.

Leyla was so nice and helpful! Really appreciated everything she did to make sure our stay would be comfortable and great. The hotel went the extra mile to accommodate our needs. Much appreciation to Leyla. I will definitely be returning sometime soon!

Jennifer K bartender was amazing!!!!! Excellent customer service. She handled a lot of people at once and always had a smile on her face. We will return just for her!! Thanks Jennifer. The hotel wasn’t the best, the hot tub experience was raunchy. But I will say the drinks were amazing.

We booked this hotel as we were in California on vacation and to celebrate my wife’s birthday. Upon arrive we were given the room we booked, corner suite with balcony. We checked in at 4:15 and checked out at 4:50. Horrible, wallpaper peeling, dirty carpet, balcony screen door hanging off, rust on metal door frame to the bathroom, bedroom had a furnace in it the door to it was open (should this not be secured)? Also corner suite on major roads the noise was unbearable. I am not sure how this place gets good reviews, even the girl working the desk told us it really needs a renovation. The condition of this room ruined my wife’s birthday as we had to drive back to Palm Springs. Again read all reviews.
