Hyatt Place San Jose Airport

Buyer Beware! If any airline(s) flight crew are staying at the hotel - they are given priority access to the shuttle. No one else can ride on the shuttle when they are being transported to SJC. You have to pay for a taxi, Uber, etc. if you have to get to SJC.

Unfortunately, my experience with the reception desk staff during my recent visit was far from welcoming. I encountered several instances of rudeness that impacted my overall impression. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as improving customer service at the reception desk would greatly enhance the experience for future visitors.

This was usually my go to hotel. Stay at this location for two nights come to find out on the second night that my trailer was broken into. I informed the front desk they seem not to care at all asked about security security guard said he was on site which I find hard due to the fact that they emptied out my entire trailer of Tools and nobody noticed. I did reach out to the hotel asking for the general manager to give me a call. They left a message and I returned their call, leaving a voicemail and having ghosted since. Three weeks later, a friend of mine also stayed there with his truck and that was also broken into hotel does not have cameras and the security guard isn’t worth anything I really did enjoy my stay at this hotel due to the fact of break-ins happening there lately and no response from the GM. I’ll be looking at another hotel to be booking in.

I loved everything about this hotel. My room was large and comfortable on the top floor. The location was very convenient to downtown and area freeways. They also had a really nice breakfast. My experience was flawless. I would definitely stay there again.

Nail clippings were on my bathroom countertop when I first entered my room. The shower water was very hard and it hurt to shower. The bedsheets were not soft. My tissue box did not get replaced after I ran out on day 2 of my 4 day trip. I had higher expectations for Hyatt.
