Hotel Kabuki part of JdV by Hyatt

AC in room doesn’t work, fridge takes at least 24 hours to cool your drink. The room’s condition is terrible, the ceiling has holes and cracks. The housekeeping doesn’t clean the rooms well as there was dirt and hairs in the bottle where they put the cotton balls. The toiletries aren’t always refilled. The waiter at the hotel’s breakfast tables is rude. I got charged more at check out than what I was supposed to and the staff didn’t know as to why so they kept deflecting by saying Trump and taxes and what not. Mind you the taxes they were showing me matched with the same amount when I booked the stay. So I would recommend staying elsewhere as what you are supposed to get charged when booking will not be what you pay at check out, you will be paying more because they feel like it.

I have been to this hotel before and had a pretty good experience. This time I went back because I had a three night staycation and I just wanted to hang out in the San Francisco and be in a location that was walkable. Unfortunately, the staff was not welcoming upon my arrival, simple requests, like not removing my food when I was staying there for multiple nights, Not being able to park my car when I paid for it, and the inability for the hotel manager to show any empathy in resolving, my concerns, made it an un enjoyable experience. I wish I could say that the hotel ambience made up for any of this, but the fact is, it’s a very average hotel Even by Hyatt standards.

I traveled with family including two children. This hotel had an absolutely wonderful location and ambiance. The lobby areas, bar, gym were all fabulous and very relaxing, but also social atmosphere. We will be coming back to this perfect hotel.

It's clean & safe with a great lobby. Our room was a bit banged up and dated, but clean and fine for our needs. Our bathroom was an odd shape, it really could use a nightlight, since the one switch turned on all three lights at once and with no outer door....

Had a great experienced. Hotel is at a great location with plenty to do, walking distance from several restaurants. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Overall experience was great. The only negative was that the rooms are a little on the smaller size.
