1 Hotel San Francisco

1 Hotel is the best hotel in SF, which generally has a pretty limited choices. Safe, clean, excellent design, delicious food options, good location. Belinda at the spa is incredibly talented at deep tissue massages. I've gotten a lot and hers was one of the best, truly.

The whole vibe of the spa was amazing! All the staff so polite and attentive this is my second visit I’ll be back again soon. Me and my family love this place from the decor to the smell will be trying the tubs next and the view is breathtaking love the oils used as well

I travel to San Francisco pretty regularly for business and always try to stay at the 1 Hotel. It's pretty much my favourite hotel anywhere. The staff are all lovely, the rooms are super comfortable, and the location is fantastic. I appreciate that there's a comfortable desk to work at in every room, as well as there being space to work in the lobby and the lounge area when I need a change of scenery. The rooms have all the amenities you’d expect (robes, slippers, toiletries, safe, hairdryer etc) and a few additionals, like yoga mats. Despite being right on the Embarcadero they’re also pretty quiet. If you’re facing the water you may get a bit of noise from the bar but that stops at a reasonable hour so it doesn’t impact sleep. The beds are amazing – dreamily comfy. The gym is small but it has the basics you need to keep active (2x treadmills, 2x bikes, a rower, an elliptical trainer, and a selection of weights). The free bootcamp session on Saturday mornings is fun too. The food at Terrene is great, and generally pretty healthy. Free fruit is usually available in the lobby as well, which is a nice touch. All in all a really calm and welcoming place to stay.

This was the most relaxing spa batn I have ever had. I will definitely return. The staff was amazing. They made sure our glasses stayed full of mimosas and we had plenty of tea and water. The view from this deck was stunning from every glance, and you can see the bay bridge from the tub. Thank you amford.

Amal Abbara made our experience heaven on earth. We came to celebrate my birthday. The staff is outstanding not one need was not meet. I left feeling balanced, relaxed and renewed. I will be back and I will tell everyone to make sure this is a must do self-care destination.
