Extended Stay America Suites Sacramento Northgate

We came here after we lived in my roommate Suzi moms house for over 25 years because of a sale of the house! Her mom moved to Georgetown and started living with Suzi's brother and left us homeless and unaware of the prices on renting in Sacramento! We threw all in our belongings in a 15×30 storage unit and started our next chapter in our lives! From day one we have stayed here the staff ESPECIALLY the general manager Richard has made the transition very smoothly and much easier with helping us with whatever problems we would occur with life that throws our way from money availability to household items to basically being a happy face when we really needed a breath of fresh air in a moment of self doubt with the system! I do recommend this staff and establishment to anyone going through the same experience we are currently going through! In closing because of the system being a circus of paperwork and a great stress we are very thankful for the support we have received since we have stayed here!

The staff at this hotel are very friendly and go out of their way to make sure you have what you need to make your stay nice. They also have a security guard at night to ensure guest safety. The only thing I can really say that they can improve on would be that the housekeeping needs a little more time to clean the rooms when the room has been rented out for a good while to someone so more deep cleaning is necessary and I just don't think they have the time to be able to do that. So I suggest bringing some antibacterial wipes. But other than that I definitely recommend this hotel for a short or long-term stay.

The worker is nasty he knows his establishment was dirty I changed rooms 3 times thinking the 3rd time would be better and the 3rd room was the dirtiest dog hair in the refrigerator 2 dead roaches and spilled food in fridge don’t book your trip here it’s a waste of time !!!

If you're looking for a quiet and safe place to getaway for a few days or more then this is it. The hotel has overnight security and rates that are flexible depending on how long you stay. All of the rooms have kitchenettes which is good if you don't plan on eating at the restaurants nearby. Pro tip ask for the "GM," Richard on how to get the best room rates.

The first thing we can say is that the staff has amazing customer service. Management and staff, from staff at the front desk to the maids - everyone was very welcoming and helpful. By far, Richard made our stay the most pleasant. Rooms are clean and all necessities are provided. Definitely will be back again. Thank you from our family for the wonderful stay.
