To my people of color this hotel is NOT for us ! JAY & CORRINA both managers treated me & my 1yr old son with the UPMOST disrespect!They have Snapped photos of my personal belongings on their personal phones and shared it amongst each other. Corrina then threatened to lock me out of my room at 10 o’clock at night with my 1 year old requesting a $200 deposit as I was confused I asked her why and she could not tell me. At this point the BLIND can see they are attempting to pick at me. We were booked for 10 days my child had rsv so towels were needed when we would call for towels Jay would say ā€œdidn’t we just give you towelsā€ we also put in a request for our room to be cleaned days after days it got to a point where I went out to BUY cleaning products to clean myself. They even went to the extents of taking the self serve breakfast and putting it in the back . It hasn’t been back since the first day we got there….Honestly it gets worse.. just save your money ! I’ve tried numerous of times to let him know how uncomfortable my stay was and he completely disregarded me and my email.. I wish he treated all paying customers the same and not just the ones of lighter skin he wants to see. HOWEVER I would like to thank Romica & Jacky ! Bless their hearts ! They were so understanding and helpful in the best way they can be. They deserve to work at a 5 star hotel with the hospitality they have! GREATLY appreciated ! I found dried up blood on my comforter and yellowstains on the towls. I told the front desk in the morning, came back in the evening and they had placed a new comforter and some towls on the desk and the bloody comforter was still on the bed. The towls were still there as well. When I called the fron desk again, they were not apologetic or nice. House keeping expected us to change out the comforter!

Great stay at this hotel. Reserved in a pinch after an airbnb went wrong. So happy we found this. Conveniently located across from the shopping plaza with lots of small restaurants. We were able to walk across the street each morning and grab breakfast and pastries. No housekeeping for any of the 4 nights we were there which was the only downside. Would have been nice to have a refresh after the second night to take out garbage make the beds and leave some fresh towels. Instead, I had to do that myself. Otherwise the hotel was clean and quiet. Perfect for our family. Will definitely be back.

Friendly front desk staff & very helpful. Public space is very comfortable & up to date. Rooms are spacious & have everything you need including a mini fridge. Beds are comfortable & I always had a great nights sleep. I was in Pleasant Hill on business, so the location was perfect. Walking distance to restaurants, drug stores & office supply. Convenient laundry facility on site as well as a very nice workout center. Breakfast on site is not the best for the cost. Better to head across the street to the Paris Bakery. Note: no safe in individual rooms.

I am very disappointed in my recent stay at Sonesta. I had put in a special request with the hotel. They confirmed they would be able to meet the special request at no extra charge. When I checked in, they said they were not able to make the accommodation I requested. I was put on a ground floor room overlooking the parking lot. The room did not have a balcony as described. When I tried to speak to a manager regarding the issue, I was told there was no manager on site until Wednesday. The room although nice was incredibly small and it was hard to get around the bed without banging your leg on the couch. The room was very noisy. You could hear the car alarms, slamming doors, barking dogs, as well as the TV in the next room. The automatic lights kept turning on in the middle of the night waking me up repeatedly. This was the first night to myself after a year of taking care of my sick parents and I was really looking forward to a quiet place to finally get some rest. Unfortunately, that did not happen. I would not recommend this hotel or stay here again, especially given the high price of a room.
