Tons of dead and alive bugs/roaches in the room. Whole hotel smelled like garbage. Room was very large but that’s about the only plus. Parking was free and there was a lot of it but if you parked in the back you couldn’t enter from the back. You had to walk all the way around to the front

The worst two nights I’ve ever been in a hotel. Some noises or banging and squeeking noises coming from the rooof top , supposedly a non-smoking but it smells like a cigarette smoke chamber (second hand smoke), either it get hot or cold inside while Im sleeping. The sink and shower tub drainage doesn’t drain well. They also need to clarify about free breakfast …its just a free coffee not breakfast. This is not a recommendable Hotel nor I will not give not even a star

We had a horrible experience at this hotel. From top to bottom, meaning management to desk crew, this was the worst hotel experience we’ve ever experienced. From the moment we drove into the parking lot, we had a feeling we’d been duped. First thing we saw was a huge, broken down motor home in the back parking area. There were several cars with random people sitting in them, sun shade up and then another person would go in and then out. Assuming heavy drug use was happening. The people occupying the parking area were scary looking. The reception area was dark and stinky. The elevator was filthy but not too smelly. The dark ( dim lights are in the hallway. It’s dark ) , ominous feeling hallway smell caused gagging everytime we entered or exited the building. My poor daughter had to hold back her stomach from emptying itself based on the smell alone. The hallways smell like marijuana, dog pee, mold and just plain filth. The room had splattered food on the walls, someone’s eyelash stuck to the bottom of the dining table, blood in the sheets, and the floor made our feet black. The microwave was rusty and surfaces were greasy and smelled of fish someone had cooked. We were in the room for 10 minutes and left to go spend vacation money on cleaning supplies just to be able to tolerate it for a few days. Getting new sheets was a hassle. The remote was the wrong one for our tv and we got to listen to the night crew belittle us around the corner for not knowing how to work the remote. Turns out it was the wrong remote like we said it was. The manager ( Purple) tried saying she was not in on a conversation that made me look stupid for saying the remote did not work. It was her and two others who did not even flinch when I mentioned blood in the sheets. We could not use ax because it spit out mold. We covered it, unplugged it and went and bought a fan to use in the 90* heat. We bought good smelling garbage bags and wrapped the curtains up in those because the REAKED Of mold. I mopped everyday we were there with a mop and mop wipes that I purchased. Couldn’t get the thick layer of dirt to ever totally go away. We had to carry wet towels down to the front desk everyday in order to get clean ones. More time to smell the awful hallways I guess. There are people living in this establishment. Their dogs leave pee puddles for guest to accidentally step in or have to navigate around. We tried to tough out the stink and filth As I did the best, I could to keep the room clean and smelling nice. When we drew the line is when we saw live roaches in the room, and in the bathroom. We woke up, and my daughter had to kill some herself, and I freaked and cried and panicked, and we started packing, knowing we couldn’t stay there one more minute. I went down to talk to the front desk about our issues once again, and they acted like they had never heard anything of this kind regarding their establishment before. Like the stink, and the smell was a complete surprise, and the fact that they were bugs, why, they were just shocked!! Purple try to give me the runaround and fill me up with so much lies and garbage to make me believe that I was the one taking things out of context while she did apologize she was really Doing her best to manipulate me into thinking that this was just a shock surprise to all of them. Yet, there was people standing in the foyer conversing about the conditions of the hotel. One person even saying she felt bad every time she saw somebody check in. I had found out that the management was in the building and pretty much demanded to speak to him, and I was denied like they were protecting some sort of king. Purple personally told me that their management walked each and every room to confirm that it was clean, which I’m assuming their management, Jose Alonso, is blind, because there was visible blood, dirt, eyelashes and roaches around our room. She said that I would be able to talk to him Monday through Friday until 5 PM yet. I was there checking out at about two or three and would not tell him I wished to speak to him. Drug using people in parking area. Dog Filth everywhere. Live in customer has a pit bull that lunged at my teenage daughter and would not stop barking at her. Pee in door walkways. Homeless people hanging/sleeping in side and back doorways. Bugs in rooms. Noteworthy detailsStaff are not worried about customer satisfaction. They are all rude, dismissive, will talk about the customers when they think they can’t be heard, they talk louder and faster without pausing so the customer can’t get a word in.

Stayed the night before flying out in the morning. We rented two rooms. They put us in rooms facing ā€œThe Grand Event Centerā€ that was having a wedding concert. They played loud drums til 2 am, 30 feet from our window. Not a fantastic experience.

BEWARE of loud Club next door that is open late light weekends. I would guess 12-1a for closing. This place is a No frills place to lay your head. Front desk did accommodate early arrival, but it came with a $60 fee. It would have been free, if I waited will noon, but I was exhausted, so I paid. My first room choice on the third floor had pest control issues and wasn't clean. I was moved to second floor and the room was just right. I would suggest that the front desk do quality control on their rooms, due to inconsistency in room cleanliness. I didn't get a suite, but room still came with kitchenette. There wasn't any pool or workout gym, or even small conference room/business center. I should have been compensated for a suite or no fee... hmm. This place gets full on a Friday night, so the pricing is snagging folks. Again....BEWARE of loud music Bar/Club next door that is open late light till about 12a-1a.
