Overall this hotel is fine. It's a pretty good choice if travelling with your dog because of the fenced dog area. The breakfast was also good. Lots of variety and there were some vegan and gluten-free choices (chia pudding). We did experience service problems that would make me hesitant about staying here again. About two hours after we checked-in, my spouse and I were in our room when suddenly the hotel room door flung open. It was someone from housekeeping (I think a manager). She didn't knock, she just opened the door with her card key. All she said when she saw us was "everything ok with your room"? I guess she didn't know what to say in such an uncomfortable situation. I was extremely irritated by this. The other problem we faced was the banging from the upper floor starting around 5am on a Sunday. I'm not sure what the guest was doing. It took a couple of hours before it stopped. If you are going to stay here, try and get a room on the top floor. Service from staff was fine for the most part. Being Hilton Gold was not really a benefit at this hotel. I think we just had some bad luck with our stay but it's a decent enough hotel. In the evenings, the lobby was quite lively. There seemed to be a lot of large family groups. The grounds are also nice and there is a lovely fire pit.

I was very pleasantly surprised by this unassuming hotel close to Palm Springs! Although the rooms are a little dated, they were clean and well-furnished. Very nice pool area. The staff was unfailingly nice and helpful. I saw them gracefully handle an irascible older guy (NOT ME!) who was complaining about his Honors points or something. Free breakfast was nice. Definitely would come back!

I was in town for a family funeral so it wasnât a vacation. The front desk employee John was very nice. The room was very comfortable and clean. I slept great. There is no airport noise at all. The free breakfast was good. Itâs a very nice place to stay, updated.

I have only written maybe one or two reviews in my life but I think it's important to warn people about the dirtiness of the rooms if you're coming with pets or children. We stayed in a "pet allowed" hotel room last week and our puppy went behind the chair and came back with a cigarette in his mouth. (We are not cigarette smokers btw) we tried to get as much out of his mouth as we could bc tobacco can be fatal for puppies. We called animal poison control and we were told we had to bring him to a hospital. We rushed him to a hospital and they had to induce vomiting. He is fine, thank god! However, we spent 95 dollars for poison control and 337 dollars at the hospital. We've emailed and called everyone we were told to contact and no response. We just want a reimbursement. So if you have pets or children stay away bc they clearly don't clean their rooms very well and they have terrible customer service response time.

Overall it was a good stay. Friendly staff, rooms were clean. We stayed in a King Studio Suite Mountain View, and for a suite it was fairly small and cramped. To get to the far size of the bed you have to squeeze through a gap between the bed and the dresser which is only about 8 inches. And the bathroom/closet area is cramped and doesnât have great functionality for 2 or more people. Another oddity of this property is no ice machines. The fridges in the rooms have ice makers, but extremely slow. If you want more than 2 cold beverages a day, it wonât be enough, as the ice machine makes a handful of ice a day. We were told very clearly by the front desk that there are no ice machines, just the ice maker in the room. We ended up going to a local store and buying ice. Overall it was decent value for the price. But next time I would try somewhere else. And have an ice machine your guests can use if they need more than a handful of ice. This is the desert, cold drinks are part of it.
