Usually stay with family in the Valley but needed a room. Not an abundance of hotels in this class in the area. This one was exceptional - new, clean, friendly staff, easy access from the 101. Good breakfast, digital key worked, very pleased.

Just the best experience ever! Eric and Kelly at front desk were beyond exceptional on making our stay perfect! Everyone at the front desk was great and Melissa in the dining area was so helpful! Rooms are nice and breakfast can’t be beat!!! Thanks for a great time visiting our family!

Erik Garcia at the front desk was fast, attentive, friendly, and helpful. He went out of his way to make sure I got a room on my preferred floor. Outstanding customer service! Room and bathroom were clean. Air conditioning was ice cold. Parking was free.

The shower was nowhere near warm enough and the air con unit was so loud it was like trying to sleep next to a jet engine. Other than that this hotel was OK. The location was good for us. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and very modern.

Out of all the Hilton hotels I've stayed at in the last 10 years, the staff at the front desk of the Hilton Garden Inn Calabasas are the nicest and probably hardest working. Shout out to Maritza Zeledon and Erik Garcia who helped me (and certainly others) in numerous ways during the California fires. Under traumatic times, they went out of their way to help so many people whose lives were devastated and transformed in hours. I watched them run around taking care of the old and young who no longer had a home to go back to. My dog loved it as this Hilton became a near sanctuary for pets for a few weeks. On that note, the hotel is incredibly pet friendly with nice areas to walk. There's also an upscale shopping mall 3 minutes away by foot. They have a kitchen for breakfast and lunch which works well in a pinch.
