Upon arrival I authorized $418 on my card (not the card I held the reservation with) this amount for an unknown reason was then cancelled by the FD agent once check-in was completed without my knowledge (I have a document to prove he cancelled the transaction even though he tried to black it out with sharpie) I checked my bank account when I received a call in the room from the same FD agent to swipe my card again due to a system failure a charge for $929 within minutes of checking in ( no $418 hold) when I questioned the amount that was charged and asked for an explanation the FD agent point blank told me that he never made this charge and first suggested it’s from a different holiday inn hotel then said it was my banks error even after I showed him the transaction. I was refused re-entry to my room until I swiped again it’s now at this point almost 11pm and I have a 4 year old fussing after 4 hours of traveling so I finally give in and swipe my card with a promise of no new charges. I requested to speak to management in the morning and head to the room where I then sent an email to the GM regarding this. I woke up this morning around 7am with a new charge the $929 has disappeared and there is a charge of $1052 now pending from this hotel no one can explain why when I went to the FD this morning to ask why another larger charge I was told only that I will be charged by them the cost of the room which is $368 at check out nothing more but no explanation of why $1052 is pending on my bank account . I contacted my bank and they confirmed at 2:31am the charge $929 was cancelled and at the same time a new charge of $1052 was made by this hotel. It’s now 6:16pm the day after check in no explanation of these charges no one has reached out Will never stay at a Holiday Inn again this is the first and last time as all trust is lost and will definitely warn others about this Mistakes happen but this seems deliberate in every way for what reasons I do not know. I am more angry about the lie from the FD agent regarding the transaction(s) and the attempt to try and hide it by blacking it out on the document more than anything else untrustworthy and this reflects poorly on the establishment and brand as a whole. If I could give it O I would! Oh and breakfast is just horrible be prepared to eat elsewhere and the rooms are not cleaned well

We arrived a tad early but the women at the front desk were wonderfully accommodating—with our early arrival and room request for my disabled husband, his service dog and me too. They gave us a room on the ground floor near the door with parking nearby. Room was fine, but I wish that fridge had a freezer. Not to worry, because the amazing, friendly women (whose names have escaped my mind) at the front desk put our gel packs for medicine in a freezer for us. We had dinner at Chili’s right across the parking lot. We didn’t take advantage of the fact, but there was a large outlet mall and many, many other dining options very nearby.

Absolutely awful service, tried to put us in a room we did not book and then refused to refund it after we turned the room down. The receptionist was extremely rude and did not even try to apologise or help in any way. When we contacted Expedia to get a refund the hotel told them we had used the room for an hour even though we only opened the door.

It's clean, feels safe, staff are friendly. Rates are pretty reasonable, breakfast was included, plenty of parking (stayed on a Sunday night). It's a 3 star inn. The breakfast is lackluster and so are the rooms, but it's cheap, cheerful and clean. Hard to find a problem with that. I'd stay again if I were in need of an inn in the area.

This is the first time that I have had any issues with this brand of hotels. My wife and I booked a room at this hotel for one night on the way to Sedona, Arizona. They gave us a room and we went up to it to put our stuff in. We then left the room to go get some food for dinner. We came back to the room after dinner and my wife decided to take a shower. As she's getting ready to take a shower, I heard the water turning on from the room above us. Then my wife called me over and told me to look at the sink. To my surprise, I see some dirty water backing up in the sink! We then called the front desk and they gave us another room. We took our things and moved into the new room. We noticed that the AC was on the room was getting really cold. I tried to adjust the temperature, but it wouldn't stop. I then tried to turn it off, and it just kept running. We then called the front desk and they told us that they could cancel our room. They did not offer us another room. They then told us that we needed to contact them tomorrow to speak with a manager to see if we could get refunded for our room that we didn't use. We then went to a hotel across the street which was very nice. We then called them the next day, and the manager declined to refund us our money. I knew something was off about this hotel the moment we walked in. It was not well maintained at all and very dirty. They charged us $176 for a room which we did not use. People should not book any room with that hotel as it's just not looking good at all.
