SpringHill Suites by Marriott Pasadena Arcadia

Marriott Bonvoy Members !!! STAY AWAY !!! This is probably the WORST stay I have ever had on any Marriott Property. In-spite of calling the HOTEL two weeks in advance and requesting them to consider reserving a room with a better view, I was assigned Room#209 which not only had the poorest of the view (facing a Metro Station (Intercity train / Tram) passing by during the whole night. I could barely sleep during the course of my day. Additionally, I requested for a firm mattress which I was told by the reception they had no way to provide. They do not have a Electric kettle and neither did they provide any support in arranging it. The room does not even have a closet and bathroom's are a rundown basic arrangement. Their front desk and reception staff is of the poorest quality with ZERO customer focus. You should de-list this HOTEL from Marriott chain of HOTELS. As a long time BONVOY member is this not the customer care we expect from Marriott chain of hotels.

I had organised a group tour US and we stayed at the wonderful Spring Hill Suites. The stay was excellent and we were well looked after by Henry. He is an asset to the venue and we would all be happy to return again. Henry was very professional and informative.

Our family had an unexpected stay at the Springhill Suites due to being evacuated because of the Eaton Fire. Rene, Rita, and the entire staff went above and beyond to make our stay a pleasurable experience during a difficult time. The rooms and all the facilities are very clean. Bonus was a nice hot breakfast every morning with so many choices.

Excellent place, attentive service, a great location for visiting Pasadena. Kudos to Renee at the front desk for her savvy advice on going to Float Fest post Rose Bowl. Comfortable rooms, good value for money. Many places nearby for different dining options.

We were checked in by Melissa. She was exceptional in helping and accommodating us. We loved our room which had the perfect view of the mountains. The breakfast options and selections are awesome. Henry checked us out and was helpful and so very personable.
