Kody was very helpful when we realized we booked the wrong area. He suggested sister hotels in the correct area we were looking for. He also was able to suggest places we might like to go for our age group. This was our first trip to the area. We would give him 10 stars!

I travel frequently for work and often stay at this property. I love the outdoor-style layout when walking to the rooms, it gives the place a relaxing feel. The front desk staff is always friendly, and Kody and Emi go above and beyond to take care of me. Theyāre always happy to give me extra cookies when I ask and are incredibly accommodating with late check-outs, which I really appreciate since my travel schedule can be unpredictable. This hotel truly makes me feel at home while Iām on the road.

I usually do not post a review on anything but, this is the exception. I am mortified that the Hilton brand is attached to this hotel. 30 day prior to arrival, i called and asked for a handicap room, which they said no problem. When i checked in, they gave me my key and told me how to get to room, didn't realize until i walked to the specific room, that it was at the other end of the complex. A person with bad hip, that's way out of line. called front desk and they said that's where they put em, Next the door to the room would not shut properly, got the maintenance man out and he tried to fix put could not, meaning if i came back a little intoxicated, my door would be open all Nite. other little things, bugs, tv, shower etc. how could Hilton attach their name to this. very disappointed

The hotel is nice, the rooms clean, the desk staff friendly, the breakfast staff and security great. Here is the BAD...we booked over 4 months in advance and explained we would be arriving in a tractor trailer with a load of motorcycles for some customers who were also hotel guests. When unloading the director of operations, Daniel came over and told us to move the truck and the motorcycles as they were not allowed. WE explained that we and the riders were guests and I had this worked out months in advance. He didn't care, but said "for a $100 dollars cash we could keep the trucks there"..so we reached out to the general manager who came out and told us he was sorry and we could park and stay our 2 nights. He said he would speak to to his director. Well the next morning there was a "TOW" sticker on our truck instead of fighting over this, we just moved it to a secure location until we checked out. So if you are a TRUCKER or a MOTORCYCLE RIDER I do NOT recommend this place. They discriminated against us and our motorcycle friends.

We had to stay at this hotel due to baseball tournament Stay n Play contracts. This hotel is a dump, lobby is decent with great breakfast access and nice staff and good sitting areas, but the rooms are yikes. Yes itās an older hotel but since this is a Hilton property, big bucks Hilton needs to badly inject some remodeling and cleanup funds to this property. The rooms are very tiny, smaller than most āstandardā rooms I would say. Carpet is really worn down and old and is coming up and tearing up from the floor (in our room as well as two other families we were with), sink drain and tub drain were both clogged and draining really slow, lights flickered on and off in bathroom when something is plugged in, old dust and dirt gathered everywhere, on surfaces and under the AC on the floor in plain view š¬. Bathrooms have no fan. The pool area was great but at $260 a night that price is a joke. We would have checked out after 1 night and gone elsewhere had we not been contractually bound by the baseball tournament & hotelās contract. All iām saying is inject some money and clean the place up and get updated.
