BLUF - Bad: Needs a lot of repairs and updates. Good: Rooms are large. The tub did not drain, the A/C had to be repaired (took a day), the room was dirty and needed some TLC, the hot timing water was cloudy, the pool was heated but cold, and if the carpet is new, it needs cleaned. As a bonus, the digital key works nowhere except the room (not the side door, the gym, etc). You can tell this was probably a nice Embassy Suites or Hilton in its heyday, but itās rundown and operating on a thin upkeep budget. The rooms are large, with a sitting area and pull-out couch in the front. Thatās about the extent of the good, and maybe the bar. One last note about the A/C⦠we called the front desk when we checked in to tell them the A/C was not working and the room was hot. We heard nothing back after an hour, so I went to front desk and they said they had a shift change and would get to it. An hour later again, we had not heard anything, so we checked with the front desk and they said they would get right on it. We went out to dinner, came back, and the A/C was still not working. I went to the front desk again and they said a new part had to be ordered and they would fix it tomorrow. I wouldāve appreciated some sort of update. The room was very hot, approaching 80°. They gave us box fans, which only moved the hot air around. The highway right out back is too loud to leave the windows open.

I have had the best experience in this hotel! The staff is on the money (friendly, courteous & diligent) There is a nice pool area & functioning hot tub. Towels are always available fresh there. The reason Iām writing this review though is because the breakfast has blown me away. Better than any diner or fancy brunch spot. Eggs cooked perfectly everyday, with perfectly crispy bacon. Delicious potatoes! Everything from hot oatmeal, grits, fresh fruit salad, donuts, banana bread, I canāt get over this breakfast! There is more than enough parking and Iāve been here for some busy baseball tournaments. Note there is a golf course next door (they display signs clearly telling you the few spots where you have to mindful of this) My only complaint is on the 2nd floor (only floor with the extended balcony) the balconyās hold water. Other than that I think this place is far beyond my standards & expectations.

This hotel needs an overhaul. I am staying here now for a soccer tournament, there are several teams here from our soccer club. There have been a numerous amount of small issues that are just annoying. I currently have a soaking wet load of laundry because none of the dryers are working. Ice is available on every other floor, but you canāt find water anywhere unless you pay. Safe in our room is not working. Lamps have burned out lightbulbs, we were given 1 bath towel for 3 people. Several of the usb ports in the lamps are broken.

I booked a group of rooms here for an event that we hosted at the hotel as well. Jan (group coordinator) was incredibly kind, friendly, accommodating, and made us feel valued. Brit & Marge also were very helpful and made sure we had our room block organized and our catering/event needs taken care of. We were impressed at the quality of food served for the event and appreciate all the care the Hilton team gave us!
