I will get right to the point. We got here and the room looked clean but when we pulled the blanket back there was a big wet spot at the top and under the pillows that clearly smelled like urine. We called the front desk and the guy said that didnāt have any rooms with king beds so they moved my husband and I to a dirty, old and smelly room with two double beds. Being that is was late at night we slept in there. This morning when I went to talk to a Manager I was told I would get a call from Marlissa at 9:00. At 10:30 I went back to the desk and was told that Marlissa is not coming in nor is she calling me and since I booked through a 3rd party I had to take up my concerns with them but would maybe only get a discount not a refund. I have worked in hospitality for 20 years and have never seen such a thing. URiNE in mattress that slacked into the bid sheets is beyond disgusting. I understand that this is a very personal friendly hotel but WOW! We did get moved to a 3rd room for our second night but still not a king bed. This is such a terrible display of service and this hotel and management should be ashamed of themselves!

Very nice room and comfortable bed. But our shower faucet didn't work properly. It was either all cold or all very hot. Didn't find that outtil the morning š Breakfast was average. I would stay again... but would check the shower upon arrival

I decided to stay a second night. I asked the front desk if it would be the same rate. I was told yes. Two hours later, they charged my card $75 more than my first night. I called and explained the situation and was told that I was charged the room rate for that night. They would not honor what I had been told two hours earlier. I even spoke with the manager, and she said that there was nothing that could be done. I explained that I was at the Grand Canyon and couldn't make it back by 11 to check out. She didn't care and offered no help.

The hotel itself is above the level of hotels in this category. The guest rooms as well as the overall property are clean, spacious and welcoming. The breakfast area is large, with high ceilings and plenty of windows. There is a good variety of food, and the coffee is always available and very good. The towels are wonderful, compared to most hotels. Would highly recommend this property.

I travel at least twice a year. This is my second stay and I will stay here from now on when traveling. The hotel is on the new side. The rooms are large, clean and very comfortable. There is a pool, jacuzzi, workout room and mini mart in the lobby. The hotel is away form the main road and is quiet. The free breakfast in the morning has scrambled eggs, plump sausage, waffles, yogurt and many other things. They allow animals. There are discounts available when booking through Wyndam that make this place very reasonable.
