Courtyard by Marriott Russellville

Hotel was clean and well maintained. Nice indoor pool. Very good lobby layout, better than the older style. Workout room was large but not too much equipment. 3 treadmills which was good to see and they all worked! Good service and staff was friendly

The staff here from our first step in the door was a huge blessing! We found ourselves stranded with a rental car breakdown off the interstate and no options from the rental car company. The front desk and management immediately discounted the room, accepted our golden doodle with graciousness and management even assisted us with trying to find transportation home given the terrible circumstances. They have a Starbucks in the lobby to make fresh breakfast. The beds were so comfy and the entire space was very clean. I can not say enough good things about this hotel and their staff. Our family was extremely grateful!! Highly recommend! Thank you..thank you!

The whole third floor smelled bad, like rotten fish, luckily the door on the room we were assigned did not work so we were moved to the fourth floor. The room on the fourth floor smelled like that too, we keep complaining about the smell on the room to a point where the lady on the front desk bought us a bottle of spray. It did not work. For $150 night you should not have these problems. We were planning on staying there 3 nights but stayed only 2. Before leaving the girl on the front desk said that we would not be charged for the last night if we chose to leave, but that we needed to call the next day to finalize the refund for the 3rd night with the hotel manager, when we called the manager, Evie , she said that the girl at the front desk authorized the refund without manager approval so she should not have authorized any refund , she said that there would be no refund. We asked to speak with another manager, Ralphie, who refused to even provide his last name, said that neither the front desk girl or Evie, had authorized any refund so no refund would be given. The is the reason for 1 star. Just for not keeping your word. and for the nasty smell through the hotel. I think the girl at the front desk tried to help, I think Evie initially tried to help. I think Ralphie no last name was the one shutting Evie and the other girl off.

We rolled in after long trek of driving Aaron and Maria took care of us. Had to laugh my buddy said tired and not tracking but Aaron unsold and explained everything. I was laughing my butt off. Maria was our hostess of the mostess. Probably needs a raise. She took care of us as if we were the only customers, which we weren’t! We got carried away with catching up an hotel felt like out personal hotel. Loved the hotel. Elevator needs fixed. Thank you

I own a photography company and I stay here a lot. The staff is always accommodating. Room is always clean and I use the fitness center every time I stay as well. I only have 2 issues. 1. With as loyal I am to the brand, I wish they would accommodate me a first floor room. I have issues with vertigo, so it would be helpful. 2. The coffee served in the bistro is hot it miss. Depends on who is making it. I ordered a vanilla latte this time and it was not drinkable. It was $5.00 plus I tipped her $2.00 and I had to stop at a gas station and get coffee I could actually drink…… All in all, I will continue to stay here while traveling in the area for business.
