Hyatt Place Rogers Bentonville

Oddly enough our room did not have a thermostat & the traffic was extremely loud. We didn't realize it until the middle of the night when it was hot and uncomfortable sleeping. We have stayed at this hotel several times but haven't had a poor experience like we did last weekend.

The room was clean and spacious as always which was helplful with 3 teenagers that could sprawl out. The person at the check in was very cheerful, friendly, and helpful. In fact, all of the staff was great! Breakfast was delicioius too! We'd stay there again!

The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming! The bed was pretty comfortable. The breakfast was great with hot and fresh options with real plates/cups/bowls etc. The hotel however, is dated and the AC/Heat Unit was noisy otherwise, good stay.

They were so welcoming every time we encountered anyone from the hotel. We were greeted entering or existing the hotel. Wish I had booked my son and his groomsmen here too instead of an Airbnb on Beaver Lake. The host was horrible. I really appreciate the hospitality of the staff at Hyatt! Our rooms were clean and breakfast was good.

Room was just ok. For the most part the room was clean, Shower not very clean, mold and grout stains. Bed was ok; however, pillows were way too small. Breakfast offering was bleak, very thick oatmeal, your standard bagels and bread, and a couple of hot items. Coffee was out at breakfast both days. It seemed like they were trying to control expenses. One reason I booked was for the Starbucks coffee, however it was down both days.
