Ozark Inn & Suites

I made a mistake and booked through expedia, never again, but due to the text customer service they have, I accidentally canceled my reservation, so I called both Expedia and Ozark Inn, literally within minutes. Both refused to honor the hotel night stay, said the other was responsible, and it was my fault. So, They weren't reinstating my room, even though they got paid. So basically, they got free money, greed! Horrible business.

This hotel does long term leases for those that are going through a rough patch. The Ozark Inn & Suites is not a clean establishment, nor is it worth the rate for the amenities it doesn't provide. You can find a better hotel at Lake of the Ozarks!

The place looks like they may be trying to clean up. We had 3 rooms reserved. One the a/c didn’t work. The second was so rank to cigarette smoke. Funny considering it smoke free and they charge a refundable deposit to help prevent. 2 rooms had to be switched. One the a/c worked so, so. The other had a hole in the wall and was dirty. There were burns in some sheets and stained. The whole place wrecked of POT. Several people standing outside doing it, including one of the employees. They charge a $50 per room refundable deposit and we did not get it back. Have tried contacting and no response. So if you stay here, add $50 to your room stay. Would not stay at again.

Our family planned a trip to the ozarks for 4th of July our arrival date was June 30th. We booked 2 rooms at this hotel. Unfortunately we had a death in the family and couldn't go. We called on the 26th to cancel we thought they would understand and have plenty of time in advance to cancel. They insisted they still had to charged us over $200 for cancel. It cost us over $800 to book rooms. We are still waiting to get our refund for our trip we call and receive voice mail. The few times we was able to reach someone the give us the run around. There's no way to contact someone in charge. I just want my money back. This place has very poor communication and doesn't obviously care about the guest or there refunds. I will never stay at this place! Would not recommend at all!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at your Hotel. Thank you for your kindness. I would recommend this Hotel to family and friends. I will give you four stars 😃 Very sweet lady that made us feel like home
