The second we walked into the room it smelled like cat pee. They just got done cleaning the room and warned that the floors were wet. That’s an understatement. The floor took over 2 hrs to dry. Wasn’t clean I know this because our feet came in clean but were black by end of night. Something splattered on the wall. When I went to inform about the cat smell all the girl could do was to keep saying she was sorry. Couldn’t get a different room. Had to checkout early due to appointments. It was beyond embarrassing when you get to your appointment and are asked how many cats we have. (Due to the smell soaking into our cloths). Had to air out luggage for 2 days in the sun to get rid of the awful smell. That was the worst experience I’ve ever had at any motel.

Hotel room was in bad shape. Carpet torn up. Walls banged up. Toilet paper stuck to smoke detector. Bucket with nasty water under the bathroom sink. Phone didn’t work. Hotel workers were right outside the main entrance yelling and smoking when we arrived. On top of that - when we woke up - we didn’t have water. When we called the front desk to ask about what was going on - the front desk worker was incredibly rude. No water meant no sink / toilet / shower. When I asked if she had any accommodations for us (bottled water? Different room?) she nastily replied that she had stayed at the hotel too (not sure why that was relevant to a paying guest’s experience) and that we should just deal with it. So - property is disrepair + poor customer service.

This hotel has a great owner and staff. The cleanliness and appearnce of this hotel shows pride of ownership. The staff were vey inviting and helpful. It is well taken care of inside and out, the rooms are dead clean, the beds are comfortable and it is a quiet place. We will definetly stay here again on our way through. A Plus.

This is a Choice Hotel property and felt just like a Comfort Suites hotel. Large room and bath. About a block off of I-40 - very convenient. Plenty of food places to choose from - even walking distance in nice weather. This hotel also has two rooms that are very large. Bedroom with a king bed and living area with two queen beds! I checked it out for our daughter's family (3 young girls) Front desk was extremely helpful

Nice and Friendly Staff. Quality Stay. Non smoking room. Nice and clean. If the water can heat up faster it would be even better. Internet is fast Special thanks to front desk's Julie- saved my day with a quick ride when I was left stranded
