Lifetime Gold Marriott, so seen a few of these places. April '25: 8 people at checkin, took 30 min. One clerk. This should be AI / Automated. Only people who want to ask fifty questions or change something should have to stand in line. Stale aroma masked by heavy aromatic treatment (perfume). You can tell the building was smoked in back in the day. Breakfast: Check your plan to see if you have it included. It should be for everyone but it is not. Noise Level: Higher than normal from being busy and the doors are so loud and no insulation. Every door near you slams shut with a loud noise. Your neighbors will equal your hallway experience here. Excessive hallway noise last night and before 5:30 this morning. Alarm: The alarm clock went off at 5:45. If it wasn't bolted down, they would have found it in the pool. Desk chair: So old it had no padding in the back. Just a frame and a seat. Unusable for work. Overall: Marriott should sell this dump to Wyndham or just tear it down.

Do not take children here. We checked in at night and out the next morning. The hallways and elevator were dirty and smelled terrible. The room was just ok but I felt dirty after the hallway and elevator so I just never settled. Also!! Beware with your children! There were several sketchy people walking the hallways. One with a boob completely out of her dress. No cares in the world about it and looked to be on drugs. We did not feel safe here and will not be returning.

The hotel was very disappointing. I expected more and I felt like I was in a budget hotel. The carpets are filthy, it has a smell in the hallways like wet carpet. We rented the townhouse suite and I felt like I was in the ghetto apartment. The bathrooms you have to come all the way inside to close the door, the toilets are literally on the floor and again the carpets are stained. Our bedding was disgusting and stained and we had to ask for Room Service to clean our room. I started to leave and go across the street to another hotel.

Our room was clean and roomy, the food was great, but the staff is STELLAR. I was visiting my sister in the hospital, so I was very thankful for the shuttle transportation to and from. I can't say enough wonderful things, this place runs like a well oiled machine. I wish I could remember everyone's name to thank personally for how comfortable they made me while I was dealing with a stressful situation. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

Justin Bunting was very disrespectful! I had a problem with MOLD IN MY BED SHEETS! Room service doesn’t come until day 3 of stays. And I was asking to be moved to a different room, and he was disrespectful and he isn’t even in the room department he is the food & beverage director!
