Embassy Suites Little Rock

The staff acts like they are booking you into jail and you have about as many rights as an incarcerated person. Do not expect kindness, customer service, or anything beyond a room key and low key hatred. If that’s you’re a sub that loves being dommed this may do it for you. We did not prefer.

Convenient property in the Financial Center of a busheling city. Older design but extremely well maintained with a wonderful and professional staff. Full house created a real crush at both the cocktail hour and breakfast, but all hands on deck at both times managed without sacrificing service.I don't know how many omelets they made, but they made sure everyone was satisfied. Even brought out canned soft drinks to supplement the soft drink machines to be sure that everyone had enough to drink given the number of teens and children in the hotel on a Spring Break weekend.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is nice and large. Beautiful greenery/plants in the main lobby. The breakfast buffet was hot and delicious with a good variety of items. The complimentary cocktails in the lounge was a nice touch and especially enjoyed the bartenders, Dewayne and Ms Barbara. The hotel room was large and bed comfy. Nice hot shower, too. Only complaint was $12 per day to park. Other than that, will be back!

I frequent this hotel and there are times that I wasn't satisfied for one reason or another. However, anytime I encounter MS. CHITA, I forget about any issue. She is always helpful, friendly, and funny! I'll always come back if she's here!!!

The hotel is very old and out dated. The carpet had dark spots and the bathroom cabinets looked like a cat lived there. This hotel still looks the same from when i was a kid. Needs to be updated. Pool was cold with no towels. The staff was super nice
