Motel 6 Jonesboro AR

Worst excuse of a motel. Filthy in every sense. Bed sheets with hair and crumbs, no pillow cases to begin with, no soap, holes in walls, floors sticky and not vacuumed in long time, rust covered walls and bathroom. Rooms smelled atrocious; even non smoking room reeked of smoke. Staff seemed high on something to boot.

Got double booked and they wouldn't refund my money. 1/10 would not recommend! Called manager and manager was being shady and gave me the run around, definitely bad business. Stay away!!!! This place is horrible!!!!

While on a road trip back home to Georgia, my fiancé and I stopped here for the night. The room was fine, the bed comfortable, the shower had plenty of hot water, and there are plenty of restaurants within a quick drive from the hotel. That’s the only good things about this stay. The next morning, a guest on the property started banging on my room door at approximately 6:30 AM, asking me if “I had heard the sounds coming through the walls.” I told this person I had no idea what he was taking about, closed my door, called the front desk, and called the Jonesboro Police, who responded quickly. (The photo attached is the responding officers cars.) The officers found the offending guest, interviewed him for a good fifteen minutes, and then advised me that this person had mental health issues, and was possibly coming off of a “drug high.” I asked the desk clerk for a full refund; she said she was unable to process the refund, but would have the manager call me later on that morning. (The manager did not call me.) A call to the Choice Hotels corporate offices has resulted in the same issue; no one from corporate has contacted me. If it is possible, I would advise staying somewhere else; between the issue with the guest and the lackadaisical attitude of the manager not calling me back after this incident would preclude me from ever staying here again.

The room was very clean and comfortable, had a walk in shower, fridge and microwave, no coffee maker, Lot was very well lite. Super close to lots of nice restaurants, the hospitals, shopping and fun things to do!

Quiet stay, early check in available, but costs extra. Lots of places to eat, but be aware this is a dry county, so beer run is 10 miles away. Room has fridge and microwave, shower only, no tub, and room was clean. Worth a stay for a quiet restful night. No coffee or breakfast items, its economy style lodging.
