The rooms were clean. They could use some TLC in the room but nothing to make it uninviting. Staff were excellent. Guests especially some kids made the enjoyment difficult by running up and down halls screaming and yelling and banging on walls and doors. However isn't hotel fault. It's parents. The elevator had issues right at checkout and I had to use stairs. Taking luggage was a challenge but not sure if he was manager or owner. Wouldn't let me take the items down the steps. I'm disabled and it was difficult. This is what makes people want to return. Stuff breaks, things happen. But putting guest top priority. This I'd give 5 stars.

The hotel is in dire need of updating. The 1st floor carpeting has ripples. All furniture and fixtures in our room showed extreme signs of wear and tear. Even with my Wyndham Rewards points, the price was not competitive. I would not recommend.

It's very clean. Very well maintained. The people are very generous and very polite. Nicely. Well kept rooms. Very good breakfast. Good location. I'm just saying to people outstanding that work there I would recommend this place to everyone visiting the United States or in the United States

It was a clean and comfortable location. All staff members were very friendly and extremely helpful. The only disappointment was the breakfast selection, but would stay there again. They had a designated pet area; which was great. We had one issue with the tv and it was fixed promptly. Would stay here again.
