Second time I have stayed at the Hotel. The staff is friendly and the King bed with Sofa is a large room. Great space for longer than one night stay. Close to the main roads where you may need to go. Overall the best place for us in Heber Springs. Pros: Rooms Clean, Staff friendly and helpful. Pretty much a full hot breakfast, not Restaurant but much more than continental. Hot eggs, Meats and Biscuits and Gravy. Breads and Juices, hot Coffee. Boat parking and electric hookups. Cons: No Ice machine on every floor. Pet friendly - never had any issues may be for some. Hotel size refrigerator but no small freezer section.

This Holiday Inn Express was over the top wonderful. Bright and clean, giving you a sense of newness upon entering. The Front Desk staff were cordial and courteous during our stay. And our housekeeper couldn't have been more generous, accommodating our needs. I loved how the breakfast area was laid out, with the buffet in a separate area from the coffee and tables. Being spread out, allowed you to move more freely without running into people. Our room was spacious, clean and accommodating. It provided my wife and I, a very comfortable and relaxing stay. If ever in the Heber Springs area again, we will definitely be making a return to this hotel.

Did not know that this was a dog friendly place. Seriously everyone there had a dog and they barked all night. I love dogs and have two of my own; but do not take them to hotels. My husband and I both came home with flea bites all over our stomach and backs.

Beds were comfy, room was clean, breakfast was good. However, Several dogs barking constantly since 5:30am without stopping. Left at 10am and they are still barking. In the hotel and outside. I wonât ever stay here again. For $400 I should be able to sleep.

This is a very nice place to stay. It is very clean, quiet, and updated. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The breakfast was good. It was fresh, hot and had a lot of variety. I would definitely stay here again!
