Very nice stay. Clean rooms. Very quiet. Close to mercy hospital. Wonderful staff. Staff went out of their way for us. 5 stars all the way! Would for sure stay here again and highly recommend. The handicap rooms are awesome for elderly. The beds were really comfortable.

Friendly staff, comfy bed and clean room. I stopped on a road trip when I got too tired to continue. It was a great place to stay! Would stay there again and recommend to anyone traveling through Ft. Smith Arkansas. I didnāt try the breakfast so I canāt comment on it.

*ALERT* as bad as I hate to leave a negative review, save yourself the headache and stay away. No staff at the front desk, no breakfast staff, nobody to call to correct overcharge of over four times the quote. I can't even resolve the charges with my bank because they are still pending charges so I'm without the extra $362.

Friendly staff, wonderful clean rooms, pretty decor, horrendous "breakfast". Everything else was a ten but plan to eat out ...poor selection and even they're standard wasn't working. Loved the room and staff. Great area for restaurants and shopping, right on the interstate but quiet.

Nice big clean big room on the main floor. Pool area was clean too. Breakfast was nice and fresh. Would stay there again.
