Super 8 by Wyndham Conway

Not what we thought from the reviews on it. We get to the hotel and the price was over what was listed for one room. We get to our room turn the bathroom light on and a roach runs out of the wall . The TV Roku was broke so no TV . Beds were comfy but we will not stay at this hotel again.

These people that work there are absolutely wonderful. They were so good to me. My reservation had the wrong date. The woman that works at night was just so nice. Fixed everything. There was a gentleman there, Indian man. Was so informative. And sweet and kind so helpful. And I really want to thank them both for taking care of me. The way they did. I was by myself and they made me feel safe. The room was nice and clean. There was no roaches. No bugs. I was very pleased with the whole experience. Thank you so very much for a great stay. I don't wonder for place with kind gracious people to watch out for me.Thank you so much so much

Our room was ok. The bottom bed sheet was not tight and crisp feeling which is maybe a lack of training? The bathroom has had some painting and fixing but the caulking was dark and didn’t look great though the floors were clean. Front and hallway had several unpleasant smells as we walked to our room.

There is no elevator. Prepare to climb stairs if you get a second floor room. There is no automatic door when entering the building. So while toting in all your luggage you will also have to manage to hold the door open. There is no air conditioning in the hallway of the second floor. It’s like a sauna up there. The hotel itself was DIRTY! Our room on the second floor had an awful smell that made my husband gag. We had to leave the door open to let the smell air out. Which then made the room hot because of no A/c in the hall. There was hair all over the bathroom floor and in the shower when we walked in. There was some weird substance on the bathroom doorknob. Stains on the bed cover. There was no breakfast at all! Will never be staying there again

Great hotel with very good staff. I stay in this hotel every month and would not change it for any other hotel. Staff are like family. Very clean rooms, great swimming pool. Anything I need, staff eager to help.
