Hilton Garden Inn Bentonville Rogers

This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in!! Not only did I have the pleasure of listening to a screeching banshee every time the HVAC would kick on during the night but the room was so uninsulated that I could hear every fart made by the drivers in the cars as they revved by! To add insult to a terrible night's sleep, the in room coffee machine was broken so I couldn't even enjoy that little slice of heaven and the water tasted like hog wallow! The in room drinkable water costs $2 a pop so better bring your own! When I brought my experience up to the front desk at check out, all I got was a I'll let my manager know. I can't believe that I paid $200 for such horrific accommodations! I will NEVER stay at this hotel again! Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else!

My wife & I checked in with plans to stay two nights. Unfortunately, my wife fell while visiting the Chrystal Bridges Museum (not to be missed), so we extended our stay for another three nights while she recuperated. Jean & hotel staff were very accommodating to our situation in multiple ways and also quickly rectified a billing issue that came up. Hotel is quite clean with comfortable beds.

Everything about this hotel is excellent. The staff are friendly, the breakfast selection, the room decor, the bar, and the list goes on. I was impressed with the size of the suite and it was quiet, despite being on a busy road. There is plenty of parking and within walking distance of a good selection of eateries. I am looking forward to returning. Highly recommended!

Do yourself a favor and stay at this Hilton the next time you're in NW Arkansas! Clean and quiet hotel, great location for the XNA airport. Mitch was on the front desk when we arrived. He helped us with directions to Crystal Bridges. The whole team was simply wonderful. Drew in the dining room, Morgan, Annie, and especially Reeanna made me feel completely at home and among friends for both nights we stayed. When I had to go to the airport on Tuesday morning, Scott drove the shuttle and answered more of my questions about the beautiful countryside. I will DEFINITELY return to NW AR and when I do, I will be staying at this Hilton Garden Inn. Five stars!

Great visit to Rogers. Booked easily online and easy check in:checkout. Only snag was our room had no hot water the first day. I called early that morning and they said the hot water heater had gone out & plumber was on the way. His truck was there when we returned and it was fixed after lunch. I was able to have a great hot shower with plenty of water pressure!
