Best Western Yuma Mall Hotel & Suites

The furniture is wore out. No cushion left. Hurt everyone's back. The beds were mediocre. Room was quiet. Refrigerator and kitchen sink were okay. Floors were dirty though. Lighting was also mediocre. Staff were condescending. NO was the fast answer. Left a bad taste. Won't return.

Old, dated property. The staff was nice enough but this is one of the less-nice BW properties. Walls are paper thin, we could hear the people in the next room all night. Granted, they were arguing, which is no fault of the motel, but even when they were talking in normal tones, you could hear him clearly.

Great stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Hot items prepared and served by staff. Room was very clean and bed and pillows were very comfortable, great nights sleep. Would definitely stay again. Our room was facing court yard and the pool. It could be loud with kids playing so get a room facing parking lot if this might bother you. Wasn't a problem for us and kids were gone by 6:00pm.

The room was clean and comfortable Bar Restaurant is a joke. 4 garbage bottle of alcohol open 5-7 PM 3 days a week. This was disturbing because there are times when people get in late and don't want to have to drive to get a meal or beverage. So when I'm booking and looking for certain features I expect them to be there.

Staff on the phone and when we arrived were so personable and helpful. The facilities including the heated pool and jacuzzi and fitness center were actually in pristine looking and working condition and the surprise complimentary breakfast they offer was beyond any expectations of any we have been to in the past. Very good value for the money comparable to places that charge a lot more at this level
