Second time staying here...great both times (different rooms). Met all my expectations for a budget hotel...clean, smelled nice, and the bed was good. The lady who owns and runs the place is also super nice...really made us feel welcome. I definitely recommend this place and will stay here again next time too.

Bugs all over the room, in the bathroom sink, in the floor, on the curtains. The floor had not been cleaned. Very dirty under the bed We could not report this to the owner because we arrived late in the evening and left early.

Compact room with fridge and microwave but no coffee maker. No breakfast available in Motel. Only one set of towels for two guests and no tissues. Good stop for Chiricahua National Monument, Fort Bowie and Battle of Apache Pass.

This is a refurbished hotel from (I think) the 1950's, lovingly updated for us. So as long as you remember this is an older property and set expectations accordingly, this is a solid place to stay in Willcox. I had a great time during an extended stay for the annual Wings Over Willcox birding festival, and hope to visit again in a future year.

Roses is one of those older motor inns. They have done a nice job of updating. It's a casual place and the people there are very friendly and accommodating. They strive to make your visit comfortable. Each room is unique. I've stayed here several times and will stay again. They have a nice outdoor patio around back with a BBQ grill, seating and shade. Rooms are clean. Linens are clean. Not a luxury hotel but certainly worth the money.
