The room was clean, smelled clean, the bed was comfortable but the frame was squeaky but the pillows were fluffy. I think the cable channel sucked as far as the options. The location has plenty of bright lit parking and the breakfast had a decent selection.

If I could give zero stars, I wouldânot for the property itself, but because of the rude and unprofessional assistant GM, Jamie Fenn, who failed to include "assistant" when giving me her title. She became rude when I walked in the door at 2:15 PM and told me that check-in was at 3 PM in a very unfriendly manner. I already sensed that this was not going to be a pleasant check-in experience. When I returned to check in at 3PM I informed her that I had made two reservationsâone for myself and one for my elderly father. She insisted that he had to come in to check in himself. I explained that my 84-year-old father has difficulty getting in and out of the car due to back pain. She didnât seem to care and insisted that he had to come in, even after I offered to drive up to the front and roll down his window to show that he was with me. She said, "Nope." I then suggested checking me in first and then I would go get my dad. I also mentioned that I have a certified service animal for PTSD, but she said she would charge me a fee. When I tried to show her my letter from my therapist, she refused to look at it and pulled out a binder to state that it was at the hotelâs discretion to charge. I pointed out that the letter clearly states that no fees should be charged for hotels/rentals. She continued to argue, even though I was trying to be polite and would have been willing to pay the fee and address it later. At that point, I reached my limit with her rudeness. I told her I wanted to cancel my reservation because of her unprofessional attitude from the moment I walked in. As I was walking out the door, she called me a "bitch." I turned around and responded with some choice words, expressing that this was not acceptable customer service. Later, I found out who the actual GM was and spoke to a very nice gentleman who apologized and issued a full refund for my father and me. She needs to receive training or seek employment that doesn't involve customer interactions.

My uncle lived in Willcox when he passed away. We (my family) went to his funeral services and stayed at the Days Inn. Worst experience of my travels. The A/C was broken and the manager Jamie accused us of braking it and charged me for it. Both my mom and aunt were with me and theyâre 77 & 87. It was cold and we didnât try to us the A/C until the 3rd day we were there. When I tried turning on the wall unit it said to see the front desk. I went to front desk and the lady said that they were going to fix it the next day. I told her that I was paying for a room that had AC. She called her manager, Jaimie and told her that I was upset.. Jamie told her to move us to the next room. When we returned from the funeral service at 9:30pm approximately she called and asked me to take the key for the other room. I let her know since it was late I would do it the next day and she did not like my response. The next morning, the manager, Jamie told me we had broken the AC unit which was not correct.. she called the police because I would not return the keys without a receipt because we were not going to stay another night even though we had already paid for it. Police arrived and got me my receipt for what she said would have been $50 per key. Needless to say if you want a bad experience, stay at days Inn at Wilcox worst experience. I should have read the reviews before we stayed there.

Worst place ever dirty floors, dirty towels dirty everything and the staff had terrible attitudes. For being one of the only hotels in the area and being booked you would expect a good room and a nice parking lot with good attitudes. Dont stay!
