On April 15, 2025 the hotel turned off all water to the hotel property from 10am to 4 pm. No bathroom, no hand washing, no food no drinks. MANAGEMENT never addressed the guests or made any attempt to put hand washing stations or sanitation stations. Housekeeping cleaned rooms and toilets room to room without the ability to wash their hands. They had no gloves or sanitizer o the carts I observed. No EFFORT was made for guests comfort or safety. 36 hours later I am experiencing illness. I called corporate and got an apology but no restitution or satisfaction. This is just the tip of our experience. It got worse. If you want to go to a hotel THAT DOESNT CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH OR SAFETY then this hotel and itās management is highly recommended. JWMarriott had an EPIC HEALTH AND SAFETY DISASTER and nothing was done. You choose any Westin or Marriott Brand at your own risk. Youāve been INFORMED.

From the moment we pulled into the driveway to the moment we checked out, every La Paloma team member we interacted with was friendly and eager to help. The phenomenal customer service is what stood out the most to us during our weekend getaway. Arthur at the Front Desk and the pool staff (Keul and Tyler) were outstanding. They went above and beyond to make our trip unforgettable. The property at La Paloma is clean, well-maintained, and absolutely stunning. There is so much to do. We enjoyed the pools (great food and drinks), the fitness center (one of the best hotel gyms I've been in), and the restaurantsāLa Luz was delicious. They had live music playing both Friday and Saturday night, which was awesome! The lobby bar is amazing. The energy and vibe at this place was so fun - our teenage daughter & 12yr old son absolutely loved it (as did my wife & I). The Westin La Paloma really delivers on guest experience. We will definitely be back!

I stayed at this resort for work earlier this week. The first night I arrived, I was getting ready for dinner in my bathroom, curling my hair but not dressed yet. All of sudden, I hear someone opening the door with a key. I thought it must be the room next door but then I hear MY door open. I hid on one side of the bathroom (the bathroom door was open and right next to the door leading outside). I saidā¦hello?? Iām not dressedā¦and some male answered back, oh Iām so sorry and left my room. I was shook. Iām a close to 40 yrs old, traveling along for work and this person didnāt even knock before entering my room. Additionally, it was just before 5pm. What could you possibly be wanting in my room for at that time of day? Itās well past check in time. I calmed down, finished getting ready and went to the front desk to explain what had happened. The front desk clerk was shocked and very apologetic. He said he would tell his manager tomorrow and they would reach out to me and I would be compensated. I said I donāt necessarily need to be compensated but want to make sure people are knocking and safety is held at a high standard. I received no call the next day. The following day, I called from the airport to let the front desk know I had an early flight and was already checked out. I then also mentioned someone was supposed to call me but I didnāt hear anything. The front desk clerk put me on hold, came back to the phone and said that her director was going to call me yesterday but had some other things pop up and was not able to. Wow did I feel even less important. She asked if her director could call me later and I said yes. Hours later, her director called me. She said sorry and that they had done some investigating to know who it was and it was a coaching moment. Later in the conversation, however, she asked if it was a male or female. How could they pinpoint the person without knowing that?! I felt like my situation didnāt matter. I felt unsafe the rest of my stay at this resort. I felt unheard by their management staff. This resort is beautiful and their bartenders were pleasant and extremely knowledgeable but why would I want to come back to a resort I didnāt feel safe at and didnāt feel their management team cared?

An incredible resort with fantastic, helpful, and friendly staff! The grounds are beautiful and the mountains in the distance are surreal. They also have a postcard service and will send one to anyone you like! Also big shoutout to DeAnn G for always checking if we needed anything!

We had a great time at one of our favorite resorts. Beautiful views, lovely rooms, nice pools and excellent service. Ryan went above and beyond at the pool with our lunch. I have allergies and he made sure I would be safe with my order. The staff was very warm and welcoming.
