After years of road trips and mainly staying at Choice Hotels this is by far the worse one we have ever stayed in. It was basically a flop house that social services and the police kept bringing homeless to. Both police and social services were in and out around the clock. The conference room was set up for medical and banking for the long time ppl. No breakfast to speak of one waffle maker nothing else. No coffee and when they brought out a pot it literally had 3 cups worth and it was cold from night shift. Stay safe and don’t stop there!!!!!!!

Terrible, incredibly inappropriate and unprofessional staff. The managers yelled and cussed in our faces while telling us she’s done nothing wrong. They have no people skills and should not be allowed to interact with customers. I would only recommend this place if you have absolutely nowhere else to go.

I had the unfortunate experience of staying at this hotel, and I can’t express enough how terrible my experience was. This place is nothing more than a scam run by a mother-daughter duo who seem to thrive on deceiving unsuspecting guests. Upon arrival, I was asked to pay a $100 deposit, which I was assured would be refunded at checkout. However, as I tried to retrieve my deposit when leaving, I was met with endless excuses and an absolute lack of professionalism. The so-called ‘manager’ (who I suspect is the daughter) treated me with utter disdain and refused to refund my money. Their customer service is non-existent; they do not care about their guests and only seem interested in pocketing deposits. The hotel itself is subpar, but that pales in comparison to how they handle deposits and customer complaints. I’ve reported this issue to relevant authorities, and I urge anyone considering this hotel to look elsewhere. Save yourself the hassle and your hard-earned money. You deserve better than to be scammed by this establishment! This message has been generated by Nova - download it

Choice Inn Tucson 03-28-2024 The only good thing here was the lady at check in. Rm 108 – 1/3 of the room was empty space, no table nothing but the dresser area and ONE chair for 2 people. The dresser was even missing a pull opener. The light by the left side of the bed [when facing] the plug did not work, had to used wall plug. Luckily I had a long cord with me. TV did not work; lady came and found an input that would work. Good thing I was watching her, because while we were watching TV, later the screen went dead and said we needed a cable to continue watching TV. I turned it off and back on and then found an input that would work, while we missed about 5 minutes of news. While she was there I asked her is the A/C would be quite after a while, she was not sure. Every 14 +/- minutes it came on all night and ran for about 2 minutes. Sounded like a hair dryer all freaking night. The cover was also missing on the controls so the red temperature light and the two green lights put out light in the room all night. The ceiling/floors are so bad that people are walking in the room above from 0330 till 0422 and you could hear the steps on the floor. Do not know what kind of business they ran upstairs. Light comes in under the door and no black out curtain so light came in under curtain and to the left and right of the curtain from the parking lot. At 0330 the beeping of the garbage truck picking up the containers wakes you up. If that does not do it the bagging of the container will get you. Then in case you got back to sleep again, they came back at 0414 and did the place next door, but there they banged the container several times trying to get it empty. The bed was clean, but pretty sure the covers, which were nice, do NOT get replaced daily. Did a speed test for the Wi-Fi – download 3.38 took several minutes to open yahoo page & 2.4 upload – used [adjusted per TA] speedtest web site The breakfast was barely OK. Coffee and 2% Milk, no juices. The dispensing machine was broken. Prior to that it had a sign on it - NO ORANGE Juice just APPLE. They had some bananas nothing else. The only hot item was waffles. No TV to watch news, just an empty place for it. I talked to the Manager and requested an email. Was not given one, but she said she would. Send me my bill and that way I would have an email to send her my review. She sent me this [Had to remove per TA] - the email said NO REPLY as an address Pretty well tells how she cares about communication. This is the 2nd Quality Inn in a row that was so-so at best. Wish Choice would start monitoring their properties. After decades of being a member, this part of Choice’s inventory is declining.
