Desert Diamond Casino & Hotel

We decided to stay here for a discount rate being offered as we were passing through on our way to Texas. I enjoy playing live craps, since here in Calif they have to use cards and it is annoying. We were reminded how somewhat dated the rooms were although very clean, of the three eating options two were open, and we chose to use our food vouchers at the buffet, we are not grazers although not bad, we prefer to be served. The crap table was half open... not enough dealers so walked around for two hours waiting for a spot to open, once open the dealers were very nice. My wife played on the slot machines and noticed it was quite busy for a week day. I was not impressed with the players club, lost over $1000 playing both craps and slot machines, got another $5 dollar food voucher, not a big gambler, but I get at least $5 a week for food and free play at our local Calif casino. Not sure how I earn points or rewards, but noticed my my points only went up 150-200 points my wife told me it was a rip off but we were to here for points.

I was waiting for another valet to get my vehicle, when I observed Victor hustling. This young man literally ran to get the vehicles, and he was getting two vehicles to everyone else’s one vehicle that they were bringing back for customers at the time. This young man is an amazing employee, and deserves a raise for how hard he works.

Went Sept 19-22.Cant say enough of how great this hotel was. Went for a USMC reunion and everything was 5 star. From the facilities(very modern and new), staff( extremely professional and friendly) food(top quality), casino(any game you wanted, wether it be slots or table games, plus nice size. last but not least, pool was fantastic. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anybody visiting Tucson.

How does it feel to be targeted by the casino's AI slot algorithm. Literally no kidding the AI software Installed in all slots machines have totally blocked me from winning anything. They considered me as a special character so they purposely shut me out of winning anything. I hope the casino management reads this . Obviously they're going to go with their made up statements saying oh were A1 gaming regulated ....sure you're. Worst case scenario atleast someone tell me straight out we don't like you here , you're unwanted here . All the time rob rob rob

Went tthere to see Gipsy Kings. Prices are lower for acts at this venue in Tucson as compared with seeing the acts in Phoenix. Venue was a little dated byt seating was confortable and not cramped together. Acoustice were great and $6 beers can't be beat!
