AC Hotel by Marriott Tucson Downtown

When booking room the agent of course did not say anything about hotel being next to loud outdoor bar. Upon check in they make you sign document saying you won’t complain about noise. Of course don’t have an option to say no since couldn’t go anywhere else to stay. It was ridiculously loud. Do not stay here on Friday or Saturday nights!!!

I was in need of a late night cocktail when I stumbled upon the lobby bar. It had a clean, very chill atmosphere. I met the bartender, Reagan, who had a fantastic attitude, great knowledge of the bar menu, and made my stay even better! I can’t wait for my next visit!

Our stay was superb, the staff went over the moon and made our stay smooth and seamless. Also the front desk was super friendly and gave great food recommendations if you are new to the area. Will DEFINITELY come back to stay again for future trips.

The front desk has been so helpful, every time I called or emailed even chatted, they were very responsive, polite and accommodating. I highly recommend the property and encourage everyone to interact with the wonderful staff. I can't thank you enough for all your accommodations.

The staff including sales, catering, front desk, maintenance, housekeeping, bar, etc. where all outstanding in the congeniality, responsiveness, and most importantly, their communication in making sure that my group of 18 people had an outstanding stay!
