This is a winner for a stay in the Pinetop-Show Low area. It is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located from the main thoroughfare in town, with a new pizza place in the hotel right next door. Nice breakfast with good choices and friendly staff. Many, many thanks to Cristian at the Front Desk for fabulous customer service and a warm welcome. Highly recommend.

This hotel is excellent! So much hospitality. Aryn at the front desk was exceptional and we appreciated her willingness to accommodate special requests. I was surprised and delighted by her. The grounds are beautiful and plenty of food nearby. The hotel and rooms are very clean. The pool is clean and refreshing. Always hot coffee available and hot water for tea. Yummy baked cookies available in the lobby and hotel is quiet and serene. Highly recommend!

I am a Hilton Honors member and this was the best Hilton I have stayed at. Friendly staff, clean room, best breakfast (they even peel the oranges for you). Hot chocolate cookies on arrival and great location with trail along river for walking, running, etc.

I see why this property won the prestigious award for all of AZ. Outstanding customer service, especially with KATIE (front desk). She went out of her way to help me with a rental car issue. My experience was so good, I decided to stay @ this property a second time on the return trip. Sure enough, Katie was @ the front desk, and asked about the car. Now THAT is customer service, with a heart.

We came to Show Low for a family member's memorial, and the manager put a basket with snacks and a card that said "deepest sympathies" for our loss in both rooms we had. One room they figured out by seeing the same last name as the other room. I've never had anyone do this before; they truly went above and beyond.
