Avoid this hotel, itâs under major construction. In a picturesque location like Sedona, where they are selling views and atmosphere, shame on them for not warning guests. We paid $1,200+ for one two-queen suite, with upgraded red rocks views. We were sorely disappointed upon check in. Not only is the hotel surrounded by parking lots on all sides, one entire half of the hotel has an ACTIVE CONSTRUCTION SITE. See photos from our room. Housekeeping did not clean our room unless we called and specifically requested they come by with towels and blankets. We were on spring break with two children, who found the âheatedâ pool very cold and thus spent very little time in it. The same experience was had by all families on the pool deck. We dined on property two evenings and both times the food left much to be desired. Very few healthy options - a dry Caesar salad or beets. Pros: Nightly live music. Fire pits. Complimentary water refill station in lobby. Starbucks offerings in bar. Cons: Construction views. Rude and distracted reception staff. Cold pool. Hit n miss housekeeping. Very limited dining menu and food not high quality. Self parking very spread around property.

We came for 2 day-1 night getaway- a little business-related tourism, & sight-sighing on the agenda, as well as attending an educational / health clinic, & was traveling with my senior-citizen fatherâ(who is not the easiest to accommodate) & the trip went so smoothly & it was just top-notch all-around âAll thanks to the peaceful atmosphere they provide at this place. Only downside was some construction going on front side of hotel- but that was only during the day- (when we were out exploring anyways). Rooms- so cozy⌠spacious enough & have little fake-fireplaces that work really well. They have a very clean &luxurious spa w/ indoor + outdoor hot tubs, + a full-size lap-pool! Yoga class with Darleneâ 5 Stars! She has some super-chill flows & will make you sweat at the same time⌠I highly recommend Darleneâs âsunrise yogaâ class, it will give you a great sample of what Sedona is all about-relaxing and breathing it all in. The accommodations were spot-on! They even allow pets! (Iâm bringing my fur-babiez next time!). They treated us well. The front-desk lady with glasses, and curly/wavy hair- I think her her name was Caroline or Melody- very good sense of humor, very knowledgeable, she helped us out- you can tell she cares and loves helping people, she sheâll show you all the options for whatever type of room suites your needs. At the restaurant, they had a live singer, playing songs on request! So Great! -Prices might be lil steep, but you get Great experience- it balances out. - Cheese platters, beer-samplers, burgers, etc and table-side fire-pits! đĽ What else do you need? Nothing. It was perfect. And our waitress , I think it was Monique- she was working so-hard⌠she may be the sweetest waitress ever. She made us smile. I had the All-American burger- it just melted in my mouth like butterâŚ. I will remember that burger for many moons. Highly recommend for families & senior citizens & anyone looking for a peaceful place to stay while exploring Sedona! Great Activities, Great room, Great Atmosphere, Great Service, Great Yoga, Great Restaurant They must be Making Hotels Great Again at this place. Even though it rained, and we couldn't golf⌠we had a Peaceful, relaxing, magical time in Sedona.

We booked this stay with points and it was a classic âget what you pay for experienceâ. The room was supposed to be a Mountain View. If you bent your body around a building there was a small view. Also, the main view was of a construction site down below . We are gold members and I was quite disappointed with the room they gave us. The pool was cold. The one enjoyable part was they had live music at the restaurant (food was very average) and offered stargazing with telescopes. They had free laundry with detergent which was nice. Would not stay again, even for free. One item to note, this hotel is at the south end of Sedona near Bell Rock but not very centrally located for other sites, attractions and hikes leading to a lot of traffic.

This property is absolutely stunning, and the room we stayed in was both elegant and comfortable. There's so much to experience hereâwe honestly wish we had booked a longer stay. From live music and stargazing to a full-service spa and a wide range of activities easily bookable right from the lobby, there's something for everyone. The pool area is thoughtfully designed with two separate, well-maintained poolsâone perfect for families and another ideal for couples seeking a more relaxing vibe.

We stayed at this property several times over the years, most recently back in February. Interestingly the drive from Phoenix somehow always enhances the visit because of the beautiful scenery along the way. The hotel itself is in a spectacular setting and has undergone some renovations since our last stay. As a Hilton Diamond member we were lucky to receive an upgrade to a really nice room with a firepit which was great, but the enjoyment of this property is all it has to offer inside and out. The views of red rocks are incredible and the pool is wonderful day or night, and having breakfast outside was really nice. The hotel is in a great location and we had an amazing stay.
