Enchantment Resort

Beautiful resort with some housekeeping problems. First let me say, the staff at the front desk, in the restaurants and the trail house were all amazing! We had thoroughly enjoyed many aspects of the resort, and the location was gorgeous with trails being easily accessible right from the property. The bad was truly housekeeping. They are not reliable and we had had to call numerous times in a day to have them clean our room. -not what you want to focus on while on vacay. It appears they are understaffed, and/ or not communicating with the front desk. We had heard other guests complaining as well, so this appears to be an issue for many. When you pay this kind a money, the expectation is that the rooms should be tidied (clean towels, beds made, and garbage emptied) by 2 pm. If you call because you have children you hope that they can accommodate you earlier in the day, esp if you make a request and are tipping. Unfortunately, that had not been the situation and even the turn down service was closer to 8:30/ 9 pm, which is not acceptable for families with children. Otherwise, we loved the resort and everything they had to offer. Hopefully they can resolve the lack of communication between the front desk and housekeeping as well as fix what appears to be understaffing.

The most beautiful resort and surroundings. Everything was perfect. It is expensive, but they make it worth it. Hiking, Pink Jeep Tour, Massage and great food. Great Restaurants to choose from. Close enough to downtown Sedona to have a meal there. And the views are over the top. Loved that everyone had an opinion of what certain mountains looked like. Old Fashion coffee cup...snoopy...dinosaur. So fun.

Taylor Prestridge , our waitress was just terrific! The restaurant was completely booked and we marveled at her efficiency. She was so kind and personable and she really made our dinner so very much more enjoyable. Thank you Taylor, our evening was memorable and you certainly added to it!

I had the best vacation and the most wonderful experience here. I knew nothing of the area and it was incredibly beautiful and inspiring. The spa was as good as any spa I have been to in the world. The hiking was stunning and challenging but worth it.

As others wrote: we paid 4500 USD for 3 nights, and that reflects 4 stars pricing. But the rooms are rundown, eg cracked silicone around the bathtub that made it feels really gross sitting in there with the kids. The doors and knobs are 60s vibe, the curtains are hung unevenly. Really outdated and worn touch. The food at the family friendly restaurant was undercooked, salty, and small portioned. The server had countless warts on his hands, which isn’t his fault, but maybe get that taken care of if you serve food in a supposed to be high end restaurant. I had some as a child, and by no means I am judging him for having those, but some things don’t go well together. I read reviews before and all the negative things were true about this restaurant. E.g. undercooked prawns: our table neighbors had their food go back after discussing the miserable situation to complain. On top our two dining reservations via phone were not found, so we had no reservations: annoying.they should get more organized, increase the portion sizes for those insane prices, or at least cook the food spot on. The location and views are stunning. The room and food are below average. Definitely has below the line a bit of a ripped off vibe looking at the bill. Staff was for the most part super friendly.
