I don’t know why this place has such good reviews. True it is old and faded but clean. My room had no privacy curtains, only a sheer! When I told the front desk there was no response just a stare. The safe does not work. The towels are impossibly thin. There are no stall showers only a tub shower and there are no grab bars. If you are ok with these defects I’m sure you’ll be happy here but I’m never coming back

All of the staff at the hotel were lovely. Noah Lily, Edgar Anna, Amanda, Juan …. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful. The pool and hot tub or wonderful. The location was so convenient to everything with a wonderful park adjacent. The room was clean and quiet would definitely stay there again on a future trip to Scottsdale.

I’m not sure this place qualifies as a resort. While it has a pool and a nice seating area around it, the rest of the facility was disappointing. There’s no dining, no lounge—just a reception area for check-in. The rooms were okay but a bit worn, and I’m fairly certain we spotted at least one cockroach. On the plus side, the staff was pleasant and helpful, and the location was nice. Across the street, there’s a grassy river walkway with paved paths for biking and walking. The grassy areas double as a frisbee golf course, and the entire space was well-used, creating a pleasant atmosphere. Though I don’t have firsthand knowledge, based on my observations, it seems the "resort" may be providing housing for the homeless

We stayed at the Parkview for waste management and had a great time. The rooms were spotless, the staff was incredibly welcoming, and the location was perfect. Beautiful amenities and a relaxing vibe—highly recommend. If you want to be near the action for a good price... You can't go wrong with the Parkview!

The beds were incredibly comfortable! The perfect balance of softness and support made for a restful night’s sleep.
