First....breakfast was cheese in a tortilla and a cold boiled egg with all my choices of bagged bread that didn't have tongs to get bread so me and the rest of all of their guest got to handle the bags of bread...don't let me forget to tell you about the choices of prepackaged oatmeal....super yummy!! Luckily, I have some experience in food, or I would not have been able to figure out that there was a mason jar full of plain butter and jelly that was not labeled. I am glad I had enough wherewithal not to sniff it and put a dab on my plate to try....yuck...lastly the warm juice closed out my experience with an appetizing moment to go and pay for my breakfast at another establishment even though the current establishment should have had a brand standard breakfast. I guess I will need to travel back to Chattanooga, TN to go visit that Element to get the best experience.

There are multiple positive reasons to stay at this hotel. The rooms are comfortable, the location is good, and the front desk staff is helpful. The breakfast experience is not good. The fruit serving bowls are frequently empty and rarely restocked. The hotel is in the âlonger staysâ category and the daily available options and not what you might expect from a Marriott property. There are some nice details in the rooms, such as a water filter in the kitchen sink.

There are lots of great things about this hotel: great service from the staff; beautiful lobby, well-appointed room, and a great sleep. The location is great and the Skysong area has lots to offer. The breakfast service is interesting. There are several little islands with different healthy choices. To get your entree you have to stand in line where you'll receive a tiny plate of food. What you get is good, but a very small portion. Not the worst thing, but different. We booked this room with points and when we checked out we were charged $42 a night. Wasn't aware of that before...or we overlooked it when booking. It's really a good hotel and I'd give it a 4.5 if I could.

As the saying goes, âMiss by an inch, miss by a mile!â - Things had been going smoothly on my business trip after a week at the hotel. But Sunday night rolled around, and like I would at home, I needed to get ready for the week by doing some laundry. I went to check out the âGuest Laundryâ area, and while the machines were in decent condition, I quickly realized there was one problemâthere was no change machine in the room. To make matters worse, in 2025, the machines didnât even accept credit cards. I found myself baffled, questioning how a $66 billion-dollar company could run their laundry service like a 1990âs arcade. I walked up to the front desk, wallet in hand, and asked for some quarters. The response? âIâm sorry, sir, weâre out of quarters. Weâll have more tomorrow.â That was it. No suggestions on how to solve the problem or even an apology for the inconvenience. I was left standing there, stunned at the lack of customer service. After a brief pause, I just put my wallet back in my pocket and came up with a solution. Fortunately, unlike some of my colleagues, I had a rental car. So, I decided to Google a nearby laundromat. After some searching, I managed to find one that didnât advertise itself as âCoin-Less.â I made the drive, walked through a chaotic scene of screaming children playing bumper cars with laundry carts, and popped two $5 bills into the change machine. After receiving a handful of quarters, I stuffed them in my pocket and headed back to the hotel. Once back, I waited at the front desk to buy laundry soap from the attendant. Then, with soap in hand and quarters in my pocket, I finally did my laundryâ$2.50 for the wash, another $2.50 to dry. So the lesson we learned today kiddos: If you are staying at a Marriott, pack a pocket full of quarters like you are trying to set a new high score in Donkey Kong!

Just a beautiful facility. Super cool and the landscape design is top. Room is large, comfortable and very functional. Reception staff is just average and that is the only thing prevents the facility to get a 10. This is an update - we stayed here for three days this past week. What we did not expect is a full service breakfast where the staff made fresh omelette. They also have Dave Killer Bread & bagels... Wonderful
