I just want to express my biggest THANKS & APPRECIATION to Paul, the Food & Beverage Manager. Because of him, he made my stay there a memory I will cherish forever. He worked with my now fiancé and sister to coordinate an intimate engagement proposal. I have never in my years of being in this industry thought I’d be on the other side of the spectrum. I felt so special. Paul coordinated a gazebo with romantic lighting, my favorite champagne, rose petals and chocolate covered strawberries. I had no clue a proposal was happening, during our regular staycations, this one will be the MOST memorable!!! He worked patiently with my fiancé up until he proposed that night. Making sure everything was perfect for us. Thank you Paul for the time, attention and your willingness to coordinate this with my fiancé and sister. I will forever cherish this memory! DoubleTree Paradise Valley is truly lucky to have an asset like you working there :)

Absolutely loved dining at Asadero and was waited by Yesenia who was awesome. Food and service was great. Would definitely recommend dining here for either breakfast and dinner. Overall stay was very tranquil ambience and staff is very friendly and accommodating.

The hotel was good overall except that the king size beds are not real king size they claim them "Hilton King size" whatever that means, but the staff did a good job at making the stat great. Special thanks to Lucy at the Starbucks as her great attitude, friendliness and care for serving was a breath of fresh air.

Lucy at the hotel Starbucks is amazing. She is so friendly and efficient. I was so impressed with how well she did managing the long lines with a smile! I look forward to my day as it started off just right meeting her! Cheers to the great hospitality at this hotel!

Lucy was fantastic, engaging and kind. She is faster by herself than most Starbucks with 4 employees. She deserves a raise. The wait staff at the restaurant are also very good. The food comes out a little slow but everything was delicious. Especially the tuna melt
