Residence Inn by Marriott Phoenix Desert View at Mayo Clinic

The entire staff is amazingly caring and helpful. I love the new bar and restaurant and the everyone that works there… Stephanie, Pierce and Missy. Thank you for a great week, beautiful room and inviting lobby. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to enjoy the beauty of the neighborhood.

I had an excellent stay at the Residence Inn. I called ahead to see if I could get an early check in, and Sarah and Desi were so helpful in accommodating me into a room. As I entered the room, I noticed how exceptionally clean the room was.I was so excited to see their new restaurant and bar was open. The food at lunch and dinner is great, and Stephanie is delightful at the bar. The lobby was beautiful and the hotel was meticulously clean. The hotel is a great location to the Mayo Clinic next door and the Desert Ridge Marketplace. I so enjoyed my stay and look forward to my return trip.

OMG! What a wonderful experience my mother (caregiver) and I had during our medical related visit at Residence Inn Phoenix Desert View at Mayo Clinic. They treated me like I was the CEO of Walmart. I had Transplant related tests at the Mayo Clinic and spent 5 days down in Arizona. Part of what made the Mayo Clinic visit such as pleasure was the experience at Phoenix Desert View at Mayo Clinic. From the moment we stepped in, we received top-notch customer service. The Front Desk (Sara, Dana, Angela, Brian, Savannah, Izzy) all treated my mother, and I like executives. With respect, helpfulness, and courtesy. They took care of the delivery of my P. Dialysis supplies with ease to my room. The staff at the bar and breakfast also got us ice whenever we asked for it. Stephanie and Pierre went out of their way to make sure we got what we asked for. The room was kept clean, and towels and other supplies were delivered promptly. The TVs inside the rooms with YouTube were also a great feature. The downstairs lobby is wonderful to just hang out in, as well as the beautiful outside sitting space with fire pits and pool area. Maybe next time, I will also use their gym. I will most likely need to visit once a year and am looking forward to my next visit. I was very impressed and have no concerns to suggest improvement on.

This place is dirty and in terrible condition. We received a room with no cushions on the back of the couch, absolutely no shampoo in the dispenser in the shower and dirt and leaves in the kitchen freezer. People stay here for medical procedures and transplants at mayo clinic and are immunocompromised and they are given filthy rooms with unusable furniture. Absolutely unacceptable.

Stephanie provided great customer service for the both nights I ate at the hotel restaurant. She was busy, but able to check back to ask if I needed anything. Stephanie has a very pleasant personality and I can see she is a good employee for The Desert View at Mayo Clinic.
