La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Phoenix Thomas Road

This is not La Quinta, it’s a Motel 6. No WiFi, no breakfast, dirty. All rooms smell of smoke, I selected a non-smoking room and was told all rooms smell like cigarettes. The front desk person is honest, but that didn’t help me at all. Dirty towels and tub. Sticky floors.

This place is AWFUL. Black mold all over the bathroom. Burn marks on the carpet and bed linen. No Wi-Fi anywhere on the property. Dirt everywhere. Hookers and drug addicts loitering in the common areas. This place is like something you'd expect in a third-world country, not from a Wyndham property. STAY AWAY.

This place is filled with people doing drugs in the parking lots and homeless walking around all night. Hallways are dirty, smell like urine and trash all over the place. Someone even tried to open our door in the middle of the night. Just all around a horrible experience. I had planned to stay 4 nights but after witnessing all this mess we checked out the next morning.

Stay away. Stay FAR away. This is the worst hotel I've stayed at in the 30 years. The A/C worked. Mostly.

Wouldn't wash my dog in the tub... Carpet was dirty. The sink was restricted and backed up when you dared to use it. An extremely unpleasant experience. There were people in the parking lot all night and vehicles (same ones) coming and going. Trash in the walkways. People doing drugs in the stairwell. Got home, showered the creepy sense of filth off...
