Comfort Inn & Suites Phoenix North Deer Valley

This is by far the WORST hotel i’ve ever been to. We got kicked out within 3 hours of our stay for “smoking” yet neither of us smoke at all.. Staff was very rude, key cards didn’t work multiple times and the staff wasnt very helpful. there was dark red and brown stains all over curtains and bed. the smell was horrible. and if it couldn’t get worse there was left over “liquid” in a container in the fridge. DO NOT GO HERE SAVE YOUR MONEY!!

I write quick, no BS reviews. This is how things really are. You're welcome! The hotel's location is terrific. VERY easy access to I17. The only problem is Bell Rd gets backed up and it's hard to get in or out of the parking lot sometimes. The room was nice. My family of four and I stayed there three nights and enjoyed it. The first day, our shower wouldn't get hot. I reported it to the desk and by the next morning everything was fine. They fixed it quick. The breakfast was pretty decent. Plenty of selection (waffle iron, bread/doughnuts, coffee, etc.). The only thing I would have changed would be higher quality eggs. But hey... it was good.

Just stayed for one night, saw a show at Footprint Center, which was about 5 miles away. Great location, easy to find, and get in and out. Very clean and spacious. What surprised me the most, was how soundproof it was! Being next to the freeway/airport area I figured there would be noise. Nope, not at all! Very friendly front desk staff/housekeeping. Would definitely stay again!

Positives were price, average complimentary breakfast and refrigerator/ microwave in room. Negatives were the room sink faucet in need of repair, using in room coffee pot required moving furniture to plug in, property was not well maintained / in need of repairs and especially the staff. Three stars because of price. The front desk experience makes it impossible to ever stay here.

I generally don’t mind staying at run down hotels, but this place was an absolute dump. Christina at the front desk was less than accommodating and rude. This place makes Motel 6 look like the Ritz. Don’t stay here
