Best Western InnSuites Phoenix Hotel & Suites

Very high on price and no a very pleasant place to stay. No well maintained. I felt like I was going to fall thru the bad tub . The towels were thin and smelly. Worst experience ever, we used to like Best Western ., don’t think will stay there again. Can’t believe they let this happen.

Bed was comfortable. Room was relatively clean. Tip: bring your own wash clothes, hand towels, and hand soap for the bathroom. Not supplied. Not equipped to provide standard items at 10:00 pm. Had to ask for bed sheets twice for the hideaway.

If you want your trash emptied, towels replaced, and bed made stay elsewhere! I stayed five days and not once did they do any of these things… even when I called and complained about it. The price might be within your budget but you’re still paying for more than what you are getting. Definitely a “thumbs down!”

So many things were far below my expectations of Best Western. Too many to list. I’d rate this hotel at 2 Stars. 2 Because they did serve a hot breakfast. But room furniture was stained, bed uncomfortable, noisy fan motor on AC, hair in bathroom, broken toilet seat, empty conditioner bottle, breakfast area not serviced: shall I go on?

There is NO WAY this is a 4 star facility. Between the 3 rooms that our group rented, there was not one room that was satisfactory. One room’s air conditioner did not work ( remember this is Phoenix), the other two rooms had air conditioner units that had significant problems- too loud and foul smelling and too inconsistent- very hot to freezing. Two rooms had leaks from bathrooms. Phones didn’t work. Hot tub was cold. Pool was warm. No body lotion available for guests. Skimpy towels. The breakfast had coffee, but no tea available at all. Every concern was met with”I will report this issue to the manager “. No attempt to fix any problems!!! We felt very ripped off at $190/night. Would not stay there again and am calling BW franchise to inquire if they actually have any standards for their franchises.
