AC Hotel by Marriott Phoenix Biltmore

Hotel is excellent-was there 3 nights. Spent my evenings having dinner and drinks at the bar. Hotel staff very good. The bartender in the lobby JC was really great. Knew how to make all the specialty drinks and was all around a good guy. Made our nights fun at the bar

We live in northern Arizona and travel to Phoenix regularly for doctor visits and big city shops we do not have in our rural area. AC Marriott on Camelback is our preferred place to stay. Nice, clean rooms with very comfortable beds. Great restaurants and shopping are nearby also. Our most recent visit (tonight) was greatly enhanced by our experience with James at the front desk. He is an excellent ambassador for the Marriott brand….professional and very personable. Our day prior to our late arrival at the hotel was quite stressful. James’s warm manner and friendly conversation was just what I needed to relax and feel at home.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Every single person was the epitome of hospitality. The hotel looked brand new still! I interacted with some wonderful employees by the names of Merissa, Maria, Cedric, Ricky, Crystal, Shannon, Iliana, James and Albert. I even spoke with a great associate who came from the back named Mimi! The housekeeping team must be making top dollar because my room was spotless! I cant wait to go back. I had a great toast in the AM for breakfast and it was fulfilling and tasty. The Nespresso offerings all around truly transported me to a coffee shop in Europe!

My husband and I had a quick 2 night stay at the AC Phoenix Biltmore . The location was in a nice area there was plenty of shopping and restaurants in the area . The room was very cozy ( the heating unit was a bit noisy ) . Thanks to Malachi for the hospitality and easy check in .

Great location with so many stores and restaurants nearby. Beautiful lobby. Our room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, but the hallways were in some need of remodeling and brightening up. The vibe of the hotel is as much getting to your room as the room itself and the journey was not so great. The hallway carpet and wall paper was showing some significant wear and tear. No other complaints.
