DO NOT STAY HERE. TOTAL RIP OFF. IF I COULD GIVE WORSE THAN TERRIBLE I WOULD! 1. Restaurant food is awful. The nearest place for food is in Kingman, about an hour drive. The breakfast food had cold eggs, raw pancakes, dried out sausage. The muffins still were partial frozen. 15.00 each for my spouse and I. The food is awful. Drive to Kingman or better yet stay in Kingman. 2. On the website it states Free parking and Free WIFI. We were charged 15.99 a night for FREE parking and WIFI. When I called to complain and stated their website states it is free. The person on the line said its not in their policy for it to be free. 63.96 xtra we had to pay for free service... 3. We hung the tag on the door for maid service. The only thing the maid did was discontinue our key to unlock the door. We had to go ask for towels each time. 4. The staff are very unfriendly, no good morning, thanks for staying come back again. When we arrived and realized we needed ear plugs for our room that was on the back of the hotel we ask if we could have a room on the front instead. Constant trains coming and going all hours. The receptionist stated " you will have to wait longer". We said okay we will wait longer to check in. When she checked to see if the room was cleaned it was but we could not check in until 3pm...it was 2 pm. So we sat and waited an hour to check in a room that was ready. 5. The only good note is the room was nice and clean. Everything else was a service failure. They are not friendly. They give off the impression that you are bothering them. I will NEVER stay at this place again. It is a total rip off. They charge you for things their website states is free. The food is awful. The wifi we had to pay for didn't always work. There is nothing good in HUALAPAI. I guess they think because they are an indigenous people that they can lie about their amenities and get away with it all. Horrible experience.

This is an amazing option if you are driving to the different viewpoints for the Grand Canyon. 1.5 hrs from the West Rim, 2 hrs from the south rim, a little under two hours from Las Vegas. Itās owned by the Hualapai tribe. Comfortable, clean, super convenient. Rooms are ample, comfortable, they come with a mini fridge, microwave and a one-cup at time coffee maker. Only things to take into consideration is the beds are really high so kids / older people may have a harder time getting on them. It has a small heated pool, jacuzzi and a small but well equipped gym. We had read a lot of reviews complaining about the train noise and it is perceptible on the outside but we didnāt hear it in the room. The restaurant hours are not reliable thou, they have little staff so wait can be longer than a city restaurant. Food is tasty and staff are really nice. Across the street you can find the Hualapai Supermarket, they have prepared food, frozen options, and beverages; itās a great option if you want to bring some food into your room (especially with the fridge and microwave). Parking is open space in front of the hotel. Not a luxury option but super convenient, and the location is great.

Not the best value hotel, but there isnāt much competition around. Room was a bit dated, but clean and everything worked. Staff were polite if not very friendly. Freight trains pass every half an hour pretty much 24/7 - they do provide earplugs.

We stayed here before and after havasupai hiking in rooms 129 and 123. We did not hear the train noise much as mentioned in other reviews. We also tried playing white noise on phone to not get disturbed by noises around us but to be honest , it was pretty quite the week of Thanksgiving. Rooms are nicely appointed with microwave, fridge, coffee machine and toiletries. Towels were plenty. Restaurant is ok, gift shop has essentials. Front desk stored our luggage for $25/Night in a secure room. One of us forgot our apple earpods, and the staff was kind to mail it back to us. Gas station is actoss the street, so is a general store.Highly recommend this place

Based on other reviews (and after hiking check in at Grand Caverns Inn), I had low expectations for Hualapai Lodge. I was actually pleasantly surprised. It was very clean and our room had a refrigerator, microwave and a Keurig machine. I was not expecting a coffee maker and was very happy I could have a cup of coffee early in the morning since the restaurant would be not be open yet when we were planning to head out for our hike. We didn't try the restaurant for dinner bec we had a late lunch at Mr. D's on 66 in Kingman - which I highly recommend if you are heading out that way.
