This is, without question, one of the most unfriendly, skankiest hotels at which I have ever stayed (and I am a VERY frequent traveler). Not only was it dirty (found a cigarette butt under the bed), but they are downright hostile and unscrupulous. We were in a cross country trip to move my son from LA to Chicago. We arrived tired and quite late to find that the promised wifi did not exist. The kid at the front desk advised us to go to Denny's if we needed to access the internet. We were awaked by pounding on the door the next morning at 11 and told that we would be charged $25 for every 30 minutes we overstayed the checkout time of 11. To that end, we rushed out and had our luggage stacked by the car within 10 minutes. I ran the card to the front desk to make sure they knew we were out even. However, later that afternoon, we were charged $25 anyway. This is a horrible, horrible, extremely rude hotel. Avoid it at all costs.

What a great little hotel! Comfortable and clean. Will definitely stay again when in the area. We were making our way from the Grand Canyon to Phoenix and thought we would give it a try. Definitely try the steakhouse within walking distance.

When I checked in I was given a standard king room, which was not what I paid for on the booking website. The front desk manager told me that the websites âbait and switchâ meaning they show pictures of luxury rooms and sell standards. She wouldnât accept the fact there may have been an error and instead shoved a promotional pen in my face and told me to book direct next time. I called and emailed Expedia. They were very responsive and in less than 2 hours had contacted the front desk. Expedia told me they indeed made an error and I should have been given the luxury king with fireplace. Did the front office take responsibility and offer to change our room, no they did not. Terrible customer service from a small hotel. The front office manager said she hoped we would be back, we wonât. I rated a 2 because the room they gave us ( and made money on) was fairly clean.

The worst hotel i've ever stayed at. Overcharged My debit card. Complete rip offs. We'll never stay at this hotel again.. Charged us for a deluxe room and gave us the standard room. Delux room was $162. Extra. The manager and assistant manager know, they rip-off customers, but yet they keep doing it. Shame on them.

After traveling through the desert we came to the motel. It's got some cute tree and grass areas. Having a mobility disability I asked if we could be placed on the first floor. The front desk person said the only way to be on the first floor was to pay extra. This motel has 55 rooms. 45 are ground floor with the parking right outside the room doors. Only 10 rooms are up steep stairs. Due to being placed on the second floor I couldn't even manage to bring much of my luggage up to my room and had to go back down to my vehicle repeatedly if I needed something. It was a great time basically crawling in pain up and down stairs to my room. Meanwhile I watched well over 30 rooms on the first floor remain empty on the Sunday night I stayed (there were maybe 10 cars / guests at the motel). Excellent showing of ADA compliance failure and lack of decency towards a disabled veteran.
