Comfort Inn Green Valley I 19

Friendly service, large clean room, comfortable bed, basic amenities, quiet, easy access from freeway. I arrived after midnight and was fortunate to find it. I was pleased that I was already in the Comfort Inn database making check-in very easy and quick. I recommend this motel.

When we first arrived we were not greeted. The fire alarm to the whole building went off when we were getting checked in, then the fire department came and left. The man checking us in gave us a key card, didnt tell us if there was wifi, breakfast, or where the room was just pointed at a hallway and that was it. The room was not well cared for. The bathroom light was loud with the fan, the shower dripped all the time, and the toilet has a small leak on the floor and was loose on the floor when you sat down. There were smudges on the walls and it was not super clean. The room smelled bad so we went to the car to get an air freshener for the room. The bed was horribly uncomfortable. I woke up with a stiff back/shoulders. The refrigerator was sweating inside. The paint was pealing off the walls in the bathroom and the room. The hallway in the mornings were so stuffy and hot. Spend your money somewhere else. Between customer service and quality, both are severely lacking.

The hotel manager and staff were all top notch. Very obliging and always helpful. We had a group of 30 people and the hotel went out of their way to provide excellent service. The rooms and all facilities were very clean and comfortable. The location is right off the freeway (which is ideal) yet we never heard the traffic noises. A very nice restaurant shares the parking lot so that was also a plus. We will definitely be back again.

This hotel is grubby and poorly maintained. The staff are loud and generally unhelpful. The owner is basically a hotel slum lord. Breakfast is only served from 6 AM to 8 AM and is extremely basic. I had to check out early and still got charged another night because they said I didn’t warn them soon enough. No other hotel has ever done that in the hundreds of nights I’ve stayed in hotel in the last 25 years. The room looked like it was painted by the owners children. My bed frame was two box springs stacked on each other.

The staff at Comfort Inn Green Valley, Arizona, were most helpful as we mourned our brother's son's demise. The staff were courteous and kind as we endured this difficult moment. The Inn and rooms were clean, and the breakfast meals were nutritious and filling. I would not hesitate to refer and or stay once again I am in Green Valley.
