Drove through the parking lot to get to Home2 Suites to pick up relatives for dinner. Received a $90 "parking invoice" just for driving through the parking lot. Google location data shows we were at Home2 Suites for just a few minutes for the pick-up and drop-off, not the two hours they allege.

My husband and I had to go to Phoenix for a doctor appointment. I had never stayed at this hotel before. I am so glad we made our reservation there. I was skeptical because making the reservation was not easy. I guess they out source reservations out of the country. We could hardly understand the agent. But once we arrived at the hotel, it was a pleasure. We are older and not techies. This hotel is made for younger folk. Oh my, I had to ask for help with how to close the blinds, and how to use the remote for the television. Each request was fulfilled quickly and pleasantly. Raven at the front desk even helped connect my tablet to the WiFi. The room was clean and had everything we required. I loved the double shower heads. And, we had all the towels we needed. The hotel is close to many restaurants. And, if we had wanted we could have shopped at the Tanger Outlets next door. What could have made the visit better? They need somewhere in the room that you can put your luggage on beside the bed. A tutorial for some of the tech would have saved needing someone to come and show us how to use things. The breakfast could be improved. We have had much better. All things considered, we had a good stay and any staff we interacted with were helpful, pleasant and professional.

I came down from Prescott to work. I stay at different places here in the valley. Depending on my schedule, depends on where I stay. First and last time staying here. No food/bar, no hot tub(oh but I can walk next door to THAT other hotel and use theirs, whew!), the room IS clean, service at the front desk VERY NICE, they charged me $18 to park my truck... My Tacoma, not big rig lol. She was very nice and nonchalant about the extra fee to park. Like wtf else am I gonna do at 8pm.. go find another hotel? I will never stay here again... There was no warning of an extra (pretty much) $20 on Agoda, or I would have NEVER booked.

We stayed there for the night of The Rolling Stones concert on 5/7/24. We payed an incredibly high rate, as all the hotels near the stadium jacked up their prices due to the concert. We chose the hotel as it’s walking distance to the stadium, but weren’t really sure that we would enjoy our stay considering some reviews of the hotel and the fact that they jacked up their prices. Surprise, surprise! We had a very enjoyable night at the Tru by Hilton. Our room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The hotel staff were professional and friendly. Most of all, the hotel was very quiet despite being completely full. We would definitely consider staying there again, just not at that price.

Some of the best customer service I have ever received at a hotel. Juan-Carlos was an extremely respectful and professional individual and didn't make small talk feel awkward or weird, it felt genuine coming from him. The room itself is a little small which could turn away some people but I prefer a smaller room so it was great for me. The area is great as well with many shops, restaurants, and fun activities to do. Electric charging is nearby if you have an electric car which was convenient for myself. Overall just a great experience from a hotel I booked last minute while I was on a road trip. I wasn't expecting too much but they truly exceeded my expectations by a lot.
