Hilton Phoenix Chandler

Beds were great as well as room! Location was oerfect. I do want to thank Justin and Kaylei for their help on my reservation. It was a very busy weekend, soccer games, baseball and weddings. But still went well but it did get a little rowdy between 10:00 and midnight on the upper floor,which was not fun when you have to get up at 4:00 a.m. to continue traveling. But some things are just out of people's hands. 😁🥱The most important thing is as I respect a business when you get good customer service as it's very different these days. So thank you once again for a great stay!!!

My wife was recently scheduled for surgery at the Chandler Medical Center, and I picked this hotel as being the closest---about a 4 minute drive. I admit I was a little concerned about the negative reviews I saw. But our experience was great. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. Check in was easy and pleasant, and our room on the 5th floor was immaculate. It was on the side with the air plant (described by someone was noisy and a "refinery") but it wasn't a problem at all---there was no noise coming from the plant (you couldn't hear it even standing outside) and on the fifth floor there was no traffic noise. The room was quite clean, and up to normal Hilton standards. In doing the special showering needed for surgery my wife used up all the towels and washcloths, and they were kind enough to replace these the next day. Someone from the front-desk would text us each day to see if there was anything we needed. We had booked the room for five nights, and then when it looked like we needed a sixth, they were able to accommodate that---and then when it turned out we didn't need it, they canceled it with no charge. So, in other words, it was a great room in a wonderful location and everyone was super helpful. The one thing I'll note is that their website says that parking has some $3.50 fee per night. Maybe this was true at one time but it isn't now. They just had a normal hotel parking lot, and you just parked in it. Easy-peasy. The location is also really nice, near the intersection of the 101 with the southern end of the 202 loop. So it's easy to go elsewhere in the city---it was a 20 minute drive to the Phoenix Zoo, and there are plenty of food options within a 10 minute drive.

Nice lobby, clean and comfortable rooms, close to the hospital which is why we were there. Also close to restaurants and shopping. But the best part was the staff! A family member was in the ICU who had been on vacation and we all had to fly into Phoenix. The hotel was amazing at accommodating us adding, subtracting and changing rooms depending on how many of us were there each night. And they were so kind about it. We were there for more than a week and it was a terrible time we were going through; having this hotel as our home base was an absolute lifesaver. Thank you to the staff for your empathy and kindness and to the hotel for being such a comfortable place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was clean! Staff were supper accommodating as we flew in rented a motorcycle and needed to drop our belongings off before check in time. There was plenty of lighting and we felt comfortable with the bike there.

We had to change rooms because the first one smelled like sewage. The second room didn’t stink, but housekeeping failed to clean stool splatter off the toilet seat. Luckily, I had Lysol wipes on hand. The liquid soap in the shower was empty. The rating was due to poor housekeeping neglecting details.
